Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth (wealthgrowth.net): FCA Warning and IOSCO Alert
Wealth Growth, also presented as WealthGrowth through wealthgrowth.net, has been identified by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an unauthorised firm that may be targeting people in the United Kingdom. The warning has also been circulated through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN.
The FCA explicitly tells consumers to avoid dealing with the firm and beware of scams. Based on the regulator’s warning concerning the exact platform and website, AssetVault Recovery considers Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth and wealthgrowth.net a scam operation. Anyone who has already deposited money should stop further payments and preserve the financial trail.
No upfront recovery fees. Fees are payable only after a successful recovery.
WealthGrowth Is Not Authorised by the FCA
In its warning published on 30 September 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identifies the operation as Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth and lists https://www.wealthgrowth.net/ as its website.
The FCA states that the firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without permission, is not authorised by the regulator, and may be targeting people in the UK. Consumers are specifically told to avoid dealing with the firm and beware of scams.
The warning records the following contact information:
- Name: Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth
- Website: wealthgrowth.net
- Mobile: +852 800 961 638
- Address: Hardstrasse 201, Zürich, Switzerland, 8005
- Address: Torre de Cristal, Paseo de la Castellana 259D, Madrid, Spain, 28046
The FCA also cautions that unauthorised firms may provide incorrect contact information or change their postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses over time.
The warning has additionally been circulated through the IOSCO I-SCAN. This should be understood as international circulation of the underlying regulatory warning rather than a separate enforcement action by IOSCO.
AssetVault has seen the same underlying problem in other investigations involving platforms operating without the expected regulatory authorisation, including doronzo-ag.net and Division Capital. Once money has already been transferred, however, the immediate question is no longer simply whether the website should have been trusted. It is where the money went.
Already Sent Money to wealthgrowth.net?
If you have already invested through WealthGrowth, preserve the evidence before account access, transaction history or communications change.
The most useful records include:
- bank transfer confirmations and beneficiary account details;
- cryptocurrency transaction hashes (TXIDs);
- sending and receiving wallet addresses;
- the cryptocurrency and blockchain network used;
- exchange deposit and withdrawal records;
- payment-card records where applicable;
- screenshots showing deposits, balances and withdrawal attempts;
- emails and messages exchanged with WealthGrowth representatives;
- WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or other conversations;
- telephone numbers and names used by representatives;
- invoices and payment instructions; and
- any documents supplied by the platform or submitted during account verification.
These records matter because the balance displayed inside an online trading account does not independently establish where deposited money is held. Bank records and blockchain transactions provide a separate financial trail that can be examined without relying on figures displayed by wealthgrowth.net.
This distinction also matters in cases involving cryptocurrency. A TXID can establish that a transaction occurred on a particular blockchain, identify the receiving address and provide a starting point for examining subsequent movements. AssetVault’s investigation of Cryptex Markets discusses similar concerns around preserving independently verifiable transaction evidence.
Do Not Compound the Loss With Further Payments
If you are currently unable to withdraw money from WealthGrowth and are being asked to send additional funds, preserve the request before making another payment.
AssetVault has not established that every WealthGrowth customer receives the same demands, so particular withdrawal charges, taxes or release fees should not be attributed to the platform without evidence from the individual case. The important point is that another payment should not be treated as proof that an existing account balance will subsequently become withdrawable.
If additional money is requested for a supposed tax, verification process, account upgrade, withdrawal charge, insurance requirement, blockchain fee, AML procedure or release of funds, retain the complete payment instructions and correspondence. Do not delete earlier communications even where representatives have stopped responding.
The regulatory position is already clear: the FCA says Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth is not authorised and tells consumers to avoid dealing with the firm and beware of scams.
What the Transaction Trail Can Show
For bank transfers, an investigation should establish the date, amount, beneficiary name, beneficiary account, receiving institution, payment reference and any intermediary information available. Where several payments were made, they should be reconstructed chronologically rather than reviewed as isolated transfers.
Cryptocurrency payments require the same discipline. Record the TXID, asset, network, sending exchange or wallet and destination address for every transfer. If funds subsequently moved from the original receiving address, those movements may provide additional tracing information.
Do not rely solely on a screenshot stating that an account contains a particular amount. The objective is to separate what the website displayed from what can actually be demonstrated through banking and blockchain evidence.
That evidence becomes especially important if another person or company later claims that the lost investment has already been located or recovered. A second approach should be independently assessed before more money or sensitive documents are supplied. AssetVault has previously examined this type of secondary risk in its Debt Resolution Federation investigation.
AssetVault Recovery Assessment
This case does not require a lengthy analysis of website presentation or corporate claims. The central evidence is the regulatory warning itself.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has specifically identified Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth, listed wealthgrowth.net, stated that the firm is not authorised and may be targeting UK consumers, and told consumers to avoid dealing with it and beware of scams. The warning has also been circulated through the IOSCO I-SCAN.
AssetVault Recovery therefore considers Wealth Growth / WealthGrowth (wealthgrowth.net) a scam operation and advises consumers not to send the platform additional money.
If funds have already been transferred, preserve the real transaction trail immediately. For cryptocurrency, that means wallet addresses, TXIDs, networks and exchange records. For bank transfers, retain beneficiary details, statements, receipts and payment references. Communications surrounding deposits and unsuccessful withdrawals should be preserved alongside those financial records.
