Service Terms, Fees & Refunds
Effective date: 3 November 2026
These terms explain how AssetVault Recovery provides financial-fraud investigation, digital-asset tracing and recovery-support services, how our fees work, and what clients should expect before submitting a case.
Our Services
AssetVault Recovery assists individuals affected by cryptocurrency scams, investment fraud, fake trading platforms, wallet compromise, unauthorised transfers and related financial-fraud incidents.
Depending on the circumstances of a case, our work may include reviewing transaction records, analysing blockchain activity, organising evidence, tracing asset movements, identifying relevant counterparties or service providers, and assessing practical recovery or reporting options.
Every case is different. The availability of a recovery pathway depends on the evidence, transaction history, counterparties involved and other circumstances outside AssetVault Recovery's control.
AssetVault Recovery does not guarantee that lost funds or digital assets will be recovered.
No Upfront Recovery Fees
AssetVault Recovery does not charge an upfront recovery fee.
A client does not become liable for a recovery fee merely because a case has been submitted, reviewed, investigated or traced.
Recovery fees are payable only after a successful recovery.
The applicable success fee for a case is disclosed and agreed with the client before the recovery engagement proceeds. AssetVault Recovery does not impose undisclosed recovery charges after funds have been recovered.
What We Mean by a Successful Recovery
For fee purposes, a successful recovery occurs when lost funds or digital assets are actually returned to the client, transferred to an account or wallet under the client's control, or otherwise made available for the client's benefit as a result of the recovery process.
A balance displayed on a website, trading dashboard, wallet interface or other platform does not by itself constitute a successful recovery.
If only part of a client's loss is recovered, any percentage-based success fee applies only to the amount actually recovered unless a different arrangement has been agreed with the client in writing.
If no funds or assets are recovered, no recovery fee is payable.
Refunds
Because AssetVault Recovery does not charge upfront recovery fees, an unsuccessful recovery does not create an upfront recovery payment requiring a refund.
If a duplicate payment, overpayment or payment not properly due is received by AssetVault Recovery, the client should contact support@assetvaultrecovery.com. Once verified, any amount that was not properly due will be returned through an appropriate payment method.
AssetVault Recovery does not use a later demand for an undisclosed tax, blockchain fee, wallet-unlocking charge, private-key fee or similar payment as a condition for releasing funds already recovered for a client.
Third-Party Costs
AssetVault Recovery does not impose hidden third-party charges.
If a particular case requires an external professional service or other third-party expense, the nature and amount of that cost must be disclosed to the client before it is incurred on the client's behalf.
No third-party expense should be treated as authorised merely because a recovery investigation is underway.
Information We Request
To assess and investigate a case, AssetVault Recovery may request information such as transaction records, public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, bank-transfer information, screenshots, communications, account statements and other documents relevant to the reported incident.
AssetVault Recovery does not require a client's cryptocurrency seed phrase, private key, online-banking password, exchange password or other secret account credential.
Clients should never send those credentials through our website, email or case-tracking system.
Client Information and Documents
Information submitted by clients is used for case assessment, investigation, asset tracing, recovery support and related communications.
Clients should provide only information relevant to their case and should ensure, to the best of their knowledge, that information submitted to AssetVault Recovery is accurate.
Submitting a case does not authorise AssetVault Recovery to access a client's bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, exchange account or other private account unless a separate lawful authorisation specifically provides otherwise.
Recovery Outcomes
AssetVault Recovery evaluates each case individually.
Past client experiences, testimonials or examples appearing on our website describe individual circumstances and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another client will achieve the same result.
The amount recovered, if any, and the time required can vary significantly depending on the transaction trail, jurisdictions, counterparties and cooperation of relevant financial institutions or service providers.
Our Independence
AssetVault Recovery is not a financial regulator, law-enforcement agency, court, bank or cryptocurrency exchange.
Our published investigations and scam warnings distinguish official regulator findings from AssetVault Recovery's own independent assessments.
We do not accept payment from investigated brokers or platforms to remove or alter an investigation.
