Remendy Invest Appears Again: Our Search Found a New FCA Warning and a Trail of Earlier Domains

When AssetVault Recovery began examining Remendy Invest, we expected to find a straightforward regulatory record.

Instead, our research uncovered something considerably more interesting.

The name Remendy Invest has appeared in more than one warning published by the UK’s financial regulator, and the websites associated with the name have changed.

The latest warning from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) concerns:

Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com

The warning was published on 20 July 2026.

According to the FCA, the firm is not authorised and may be targeting people in the United Kingdom.

The regulator tells consumers:

Avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.

But when we searched further into the Remendy Invest name, we discovered that this was not the first time it had appeared on the FCA’s warning list.

An earlier FCA warning from September 2025 identified Remendy Invest alongside completely different website addresses.

That history became the most significant part of our review.

The Latest FCA Warning: Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identifies the latest operation as:

Name: Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com

Website: https://qua.courexpresst.com

Address: 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 5AB

Regulatory status: Not authorised by the FCA

First published: 20 July 2026

Last updated: 20 July 2026

The FCA states that the firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without its permission.

The regulator also states that Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com may be targeting people in the UK.

For someone encountering Remendy Invest for the first time in 2026, that warning alone provides a strong reason to stop and conduct further checks before transferring money.

But our investigation did not stop there.

We Found an Older FCA Warning Against Remendy Invest

Searching the Remendy Invest name through historical regulatory records led AssetVault Recovery to another official warning.

The FCA’s earlier Remendy Invest warning was first published on 9 September 2025 and later updated on 9 October 2025.

That warning identified:

REMENDY INVEST / remedyalgotradescript.sbs

The websites listed in that FCA record were:

www.remedyalgotradescript.sbs

and

first-nexus.com

The FCA also recorded:

Address: 11 Grace Avenue, STE 108, Great Neck, New York, USA, 11021

and another address:

Main Villa Street, 4523, UK

The warning also contained telephone and email information associated with the operation.

Just like the latest warning, the earlier FCA notice states that Remendy Invest was not authorised and may have been targeting people in the UK.

The Domain Trail Is Difficult to Ignore

Putting the two FCA records side by side reveals an important pattern.

September 2025 FCA warning:

Remendy Invest / remedyalgotradescript.sbs

Associated websites:

  • remedyalgotradescript.sbs
  • first-nexus.com

July 2026 FCA warning:

Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com

Associated website:

  • qua.courexpresst.com

This means someone searching only the latest website might never discover the older regulatory history unless they also searched the Remendy Invest name itself.

That is precisely why AssetVault Recovery recommends searching both:

The exact company name

and

The exact website domain

when researching an investment platform.

Domains can change.

A regulatory warning attached to an older website does not necessarily disappear simply because another domain later appears under the same commercial name.

International Regulatory Records Also Carry the Latest Warning

The regulatory trail extends beyond the FCA website.

The latest Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com warning also appears in the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN database.

IOSCO’s record identifies:

Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com

Website: https://qua.courexpresst.com

Regulator: United Kingdom – Financial Conduct Authority

Date: 20 July 2026

This should be interpreted correctly.

IOSCO’s appearance does not mean IOSCO conducted a separate investigation and independently reached another enforcement finding.

The originating regulator is the UK’s FCA.

I-SCAN makes warnings from participating securities regulators accessible through an international warning network.

This is particularly useful when online investment operations can approach consumers across national borders.

The Older Remendy Invest Warning Also Reached IOSCO

AssetVault Recovery found that this international circulation did not begin with the 2026 domain.

The older Remendy Invest warning involving remedyalgotradescript.sbs also appears in the IOSCO I-SCAN warning database.

That record similarly identifies the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority as the originating regulator.

This creates a regulatory history extending across different Remendy Invest-associated domains rather than a single isolated warning involving one website.

For prospective investors, that history deserves careful consideration.

Another Remendy Invest Name Appeared in an FCA Warning in July 2026

Our search uncovered another development that deserves attention.

On 14 July 2026, just six days before the latest qua.courexpresst.com warning, the FCA published a warning concerning:

kryptoassetrecovery.com

The FCA warning concerning kryptoassetrecovery.com identifies the website as unauthorised.

But the particularly interesting part appears under the FCA’s “Other Information.”

The regulator lists another name:

Remendy Invest Funds Recovery

The FCA identifies:

Website: www.kryptoassetrecovery.com

Other name: Remendy Invest Funds Recovery

Address: 3476 Clement Street, Atlanta, Georgia

Telephone: +14044219633

This does not automatically establish that every website carrying the Remendy Invest wording is operated by exactly the same individuals.

However, the repeated appearance of the Remendy Invest name in FCA warnings is something investors should know about.

A Pattern of Changing Websites Makes Exact Searches Important

This case demonstrates one of the difficulties investors face when researching online financial businesses.

Imagine someone was approached through:

qua.courexpresst.com

They might search that exact domain and discover the July 2026 FCA warning.

But suppose someone had dealt with:

first-nexus.com

or:

remedyalgotradescript.sbs

A search of only the newest domain would not necessarily reveal their experience.

Searching Remendy Invest provides a much broader picture.

For this reason, investors should search:

  • The company name
  • The exact domain
  • Previous domains mentioned in regulatory warnings
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Physical addresses
  • Names used by representatives

Small pieces of information can sometimes reveal regulatory records that a simple website search misses.

What “Unauthorised” Means for Consumers

The FCA’s warning has practical consequences.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) explains that almost all businesses and individuals providing or promoting regulated financial services in the United Kingdom must be authorised or registered.

Remendy Invest / qua.courexpresst.com is not authorised by the FCA.

According to the regulator, anyone dealing with the firm would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service if they wanted to complain.

Consumers would also not receive protection through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if things went wrong.

This means the protections normally associated with dealing with an FCA-authorised financial company should not be assumed.

The FCA Also Warns About Addresses and Contact Information

Another important point in the FCA warning concerns contact details.

The regulator explains that unauthorised firms may provide incorrect:

  • Postal addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses

The FCA also warns that these details may change over time.

In some situations, an unauthorised firm may even provide information belonging to another business or individual so that its operation appears genuine.

This warning is particularly relevant when examining Remendy Invest because different FCA records show different addresses and websites associated with the name over time.

A prestigious-looking business address should therefore never replace independent regulatory verification.

Public Broker-Warning Sites Have Also Discussed Remendy Invest

Our research also found Remendy Invest on FastBull/BrokersView.

BrokersView references the FCA’s September 2025 warning and categorises Remendy Invest as unregulated.

It also reports that, based on the U.S. office information being presented at the time, its researchers searched relevant National Futures Association information and said they could not find matching regulatory information.

BrokersView subsequently reported the appearance of the additional first-nexus.com domain after the original FCA warning.

This is a third-party assessment rather than an official regulatory decision.

For that reason, AssetVault Recovery gives greater evidential weight to the FCA’s official warning.

Nevertheless, public broker-warning databases can provide useful supplementary information when researching the history of a trading platform.

Check Reddit, Trustpilot and Public Discussions — But Don’t Treat Them as Regulators

Investors may also want to search public platforms such as Reddit and Trustpilot for discussions concerning Remendy Invest and its associated domains.

Other useful public research resources can include:

However, these resources should be used carefully.

An anonymous online complaint does not have the same evidential value as an official regulator warning.

Likewise, a collection of positive online reviews does not override a regulator’s finding that a financial business is unauthorised.

Public reviews are useful for discovering experiences and identifying questions worth investigating.

Regulatory databases should remain the primary source when determining authorisation status.

Have You Already Dealt With Remendy Invest?

If you have already transferred funds through any website using the Remendy Invest name, preserve your records.

This is particularly important given the multiple domains appearing across regulatory warnings.

Save:

  • Bank transfer confirmations
  • Card payment records
  • Cryptocurrency transaction hashes
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
  • Emails
  • WhatsApp conversations
  • Telegram conversations
  • Telephone numbers
  • Names used by representatives
  • Screenshots of your investment account
  • Account statements
  • Trading history
  • Withdrawal requests
  • Contracts or agreements
  • Requests for additional payments

Also record the exact domain you used.

Do not simply write “Remendy Invest.”

Knowing whether your transactions involved:

qua.courexpresst.com

remedyalgotradescript.sbs

first-nexus.com

or another website could become important when reviewing what happened.

Be Careful If Another Payment Is Required Before Withdrawal

People experiencing problems with an investment platform may sometimes be told that their account contains substantial profits but that another payment must be made before the money can be withdrawn.

The payment might be described as:

  • Tax
  • Withdrawal fee
  • Regulatory charge
  • Insurance
  • Account verification fee
  • Security deposit
  • Commission
  • Administrative charge
  • Cryptocurrency network charge

Some legitimate transactions involve fees and taxes.

However, an unexpected demand for more money before existing funds can supposedly be released should always be independently verified.

If a representative claims that a financial regulator or government authority requires the payment, contact that organisation directly using contact information from its official website.

Do not use contact details supplied solely by the person demanding the payment.

This Isn’t the First FCA Case We’ve Followed

AssetVault Recovery has recently investigated several online platforms after finding FCA warnings during our regulatory checks.

Our review of Mutual Care Vault Trader uncovered an FCA warning identifying the firm as unauthorised.

We also examined Wealthfinez.com after finding that the FCA had warned that the firm was unauthorised and may have been targeting UK consumers.

Earlier research into Sourced Development Group and Northbank Private Banking similarly led us to UK regulatory warnings.

These are separate cases and should not be assumed to be connected simply because they appear in the same regulator’s warning database.

What they demonstrate is the importance of checking regulatory records before trusting the claims made by an investment website.

Other Regulators Are Showing Similar Patterns Internationally

The same due-diligence principle applies outside the United Kingdom.

Our investigation into IFC Investing uncovered a suspected-boiler-room warning from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.

We similarly found AFM warnings concerning Profitierex (profitierex.com) and Avaleap (aveleap.com).

In Ukraine, our research into LambdaTrade (lamdatradeua.org) and Sevlushfoods (sevlushfoods.com) led to information published by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Each warning has its own facts.

But investors should follow the same basic rule:

Search the company. Search the domain. Then search the regulator.
