Fundcore Capital (derringdoe.pro): ASIC Alert Links Investment Site to Neutron Cap AI
An investment company using one name is relatively easy to research. When the same regulatory record introduces a second identity, investors have another question to answer before sending money: who are they actually dealing with?
That question now surrounds Fundcore Capital (derringdoe.pro).
Australia’s MoneySmart Investor Alert List, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), has published an alert concerning Fundcore Capital and the domain derringdoe.pro.
The alert has also entered the international warning system of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), where another name appears alongside Fundcore Capital: Neutron Cap AI.
For anyone researching a Fundcore Capital scam, derringdoe.pro scam, Neutron Cap AI review or asking whether Fundcore Capital is legitimate, that regulatory connection should be examined before any investment is made.
One Domain, Two Investment Names
The Fundcore Capital alert is particularly interesting because the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) record does more than repeat the website address.
It identifies:
- Name: Fundcore Capital
- Other name: Neutron Cap AI
- Website: derringdoe.pro
- Originating authority: Australian Securities and Investments Commission
- Status: Unlicensed
This does not require investors to speculate about whether two similarly named websites might be connected. The regulatory record itself associates the additional Neutron Cap AI identity with the Fundcore Capital alert.
Multiple names can make an investment operation harder to research. Someone may receive a telephone call using one brand, register through another name and eventually transfer money using payment instructions containing something entirely different.
That is why exact-domain research matters. AssetVault previously examined this problem in our investigation into Future AU (future-au.com), where looking beyond the platform’s Australian-facing presentation revealed regulatory information investors needed to know.
What Australia’s Investor Alert Means
The MoneySmart Investor Alert List, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), classifies Fundcore Capital / derringdoe.pro as unlicensed.
MoneySmart and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) explain that entities appearing on the Investor Alert List may be targeting Australian consumers, do not hold a current Australian Financial Services or Australian Credit Licence from ASIC, and are not allowed to offer investments in Australia.
The subsequent appearance of the alert through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN system makes the Australian warning accessible internationally. It should be understood as international circulation of the Australian regulatory alert rather than evidence that IOSCO has conducted a separate enforcement investigation.
Is Fundcore Capital (derringdoe.pro) a Scam?
This is likely to be the question that matters most to someone who has already deposited money.
AssetVault does not treat a regulatory alert as a substitute for a criminal court judgment. However, an official warning that an investment operation is unlicensed is a substantial risk indicator and should not be dismissed.
Anyone considering Fundcore Capital / Neutron Cap AI should therefore be extremely cautious about transferring money through derringdoe.pro.
The regulatory evidence is considerably more important than a professional website, positive review or salesperson’s assurances.
Our earlier investigation into Acervància (miretsuno.com) demonstrates the same principle: when an unfamiliar investment proposition appears on an official investor alert list, independent regulatory information should take priority over its marketing.
Don’t Let an Automated “Safe Website” Score Override a Regulator
Fundcore Capital also illustrates an increasingly important problem with online scam research.
Consumers often paste an unfamiliar domain into automated website-checking services. Those tools may analyse SSL certificates, hosting information, domain age and other technical characteristics before producing a trust score.
That can be useful, but it is not financial due diligence.
A website can possess a valid security certificate and still operate an unauthorised investment service. Likewise, automated systems can produce confusing or contradictory assessments because they are examining technical characteristics rather than determining whether a financial regulator has licensed the business.
If an automated website checker suggests that a domain appears safe while an official financial regulator identifies the investment operation as unlicensed, the regulator’s record should carry substantially greater weight.
AssetVault explored a related regulatory-versus-presentation issue in our investigation into Ceravindo (ceravindo.org), where independent records provided information that could not be established simply by looking at the website.
AI Branding Does Not Prove an Investment System Works
The additional name Neutron Cap AI introduces another increasingly common investment theme: artificial intelligence.
AI can legitimately be used for market analysis, risk modelling and financial research. But adding “AI” to an investment brand does not prove that proprietary trading technology exists, that it generates profits or that the business offering it is licensed.
Investors should be especially cautious if AI terminology is accompanied by claims of unusually reliable returns, automated profits or a system supposedly capable of outperforming markets with minimal risk.
No AI system removes ordinary investment risk.
Before depositing, ask for the full legal identity of the company receiving the money and independently verify its licence with the regulator supposedly supervising it.
This distinction is particularly relevant to the concerns examined in AssetVault’s investigation into Metaplex Crypto (metaplex-crypto.io), where technology and cryptocurrency branding could not replace regulatory verification.
What If Fundcore Capital Shows You Large Profits?
One of the most effective features of an online investment scam is the account dashboard.
An investor may deposit a relatively small amount and subsequently watch the displayed balance increase. A representative may then encourage a larger deposit because the supposed trading strategy appears to be working.
But a number displayed inside an investment website is not independently verified money.
The real test often comes when the investor requests a withdrawal.
Be particularly cautious if withdrawing suddenly requires another payment for:
- tax;
- commission;
- AML verification;
- account activation;
- insurance;
- liquidity;
- international transfer charges; or
- cryptocurrency wallet release.
Repeatedly paying additional charges because someone promises that one final payment will unlock an account can dramatically increase the original loss.
Already Sent Money to derringdoe.pro?
If you believe you have been caught in a Fundcore Capital or Neutron Cap AI investment scam, concentrate on evidence rather than promises.
Preserve the exact website address you used. Keep emails, telephone numbers, WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, screenshots of account balances, withdrawal requests and every payment instruction.
For bank transfers, retain the beneficiary name, account details and payment references.
For cryptocurrency transfers, preserve the transaction hash, receiving wallet address, sending wallet address, asset and amount.
A blockchain transaction trail can sometimes help establish where cryptocurrency moved after leaving a victim’s wallet. It does not guarantee recovery, but it provides evidence that an investment dashboard cannot.
AssetVault’s investigation into Westyn Gainvale (inversioninteligente24.com) examined why withdrawal problems and demands for additional payments can become critical warning signs after an investor has already deposited.
Be Alert to Recovery Scams
Investment victims can be targeted twice.
After losing money, someone may contact you claiming that Fundcore Capital funds have already been traced or recovered.
The caller may claim to represent a lawyer, government agency, regulator, blockchain investigator or recovery company. They may know details about your original investment.
That knowledge does not prove they are legitimate.
Be extremely cautious if supposedly recovered funds can only be released after paying another tax, legal charge, cryptocurrency gas fee, wallet activation payment or administrative fee.
Never provide your cryptocurrency seed phrase or private key to anyone claiming it is required to trace or recover a transaction.
The Name Is Not the Most Important Identifier
Fundcore Capital demonstrates why investors should preserve more than a brand name.
The regulatory record connects Fundcore Capital with Neutron Cap AI and the domain derringdoe.pro.
If another name is subsequently used during telephone calls, emails or payment instructions, document it as well.
Investment scam investigations frequently become more difficult when victims remember only the name shown on a website but no longer have the exact domain, wallet address or recipient details.
Our investigation into FinnsMotion (finnsmotion.com) provides another example of why regulatory records and exact identifying information are essential when investigating potentially unauthorised investment operations.
AssetVault Recovery Assessment
The most important evidence surrounding Fundcore Capital does not come from online reviews.
It comes from Australia’s official investor-protection system.
Fundcore Capital / derringdoe.pro is listed as unlicensed on Australia’s Investor Alert List, while the internationally circulated regulatory record also associates the operation with the name Neutron Cap AI.
At the time of this investigation, AssetVault has not identified a separate warning concerning the exact derringdoe.pro domain from another national financial regulator. We will therefore not exaggerate the regulatory record by presenting unrelated warnings as additional enforcement actions.
Anyone considering sending money to Fundcore Capital, Neutron Cap AI or through derringdoe.pro should resolve the licensing issue before proceeding.
Anyone who has already invested and is experiencing withdrawal problems should be particularly cautious about sending additional funds merely because a representative claims another payment will release the existing balance.
