GLEAM-CAPEX Scam Warning: Is gleemcapes.biz a Scam?

If you have been approached by GLEAM-CAPEX through gleemcapes.biz, do not send money to the website.

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an official warning about GLEAM-CAPEX on 27 August 2026. The regulator identifies gleemcapes.biz as the website associated with the operation, confirms that the firm is not authorised and says it may be targeting people in the United Kingdom.

The warning is unusually useful for someone trying to decide what to do next because the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) gives a direct instruction: consumers should avoid dealing with GLEAM-CAPEX and beware of scams.

AssetVault Recovery went beyond the regulatory notice and examined the domain and other publicly available information surrounding the operation. Our investigation found no credible evidence that would give us confidence in gleemcapes.biz as a legitimate regulated investment platform. Instead, the regulatory warning, domain evidence and additional risk indicators point in the opposite direction.

AssetVault Recovery’s finding: gleemcapes.biz should be treated as a scam investment website. Do not deposit additional money with GLEAM-CAPEX.

Already Sent Money to GLEAM-CAPEX?

If you are reading this because you have already transferred money or cryptocurrency to GLEAM-CAPEX, your situation is different from someone simply researching the company before investing.

Your immediate priority should be preserving evidence and establishing where your money actually went.

Save any bank-transfer receipts, card transactions, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, blockchain transaction hashes, emails, account screenshots and WhatsApp or Telegram conversations connected to GLEAM-CAPEX.

If someone associated with the platform is now telling you that another payment is required before your withdrawal can be processed, do not assume that paying again will release your money. Preserve the payment demand and independently investigate it before sending anything further.

The FCA Warning Identifies gleemcapes.biz Directly

This is not a situation involving a vague warning against a similar company name.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) publishes the following identifying information:

  • Name: GLEAM-CAPEX
  • Website: gleemcapes.biz
  • Address: Unit 5 Hendham, Vale Industrial Park, Vale Park Way, Manchester, M8 0AD
  • Regulatory status: Unauthorised

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) states that almost all firms and individuals carrying out or promoting financial services in the UK must be authorised or registered. GLEAM-CAPEX does not have that authorisation.

The presence of a Manchester address therefore should not be mistaken for evidence that the investment operation is regulated in Britain.

There is another warning in the regulatory notice that matters here. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) cautions that unauthorised firms may provide incorrect postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. They can also use information belonging to another business or person so that their operation appears genuine.

AssetVault is not claiming that the Manchester address itself is fraudulent without evidence establishing that fact. What we can establish is more important: an address does not change GLEAM-CAPEX’s unauthorised regulatory status.

AssetVault’s Investigation Found Additional Problems

The regulatory warning was our starting point, not the end of the investigation.

Independent domain-security research records gleemcapes.biz as having been registered on 2 September 2025. That makes it a relatively young domain for an operation presenting financial opportunities to members of the public.

The same technical research records multiple security vendors detecting or flagging the domain during July and August 2026. AssetVault does not treat an automated security score as proof of investment fraud on its own. Security tools can produce false positives, and malware or phishing classifications are different from financial regulation.

But in this case that information does not exist in isolation.

It sits alongside an official warning from the UK’s financial regulator identifying the exact same domain, stating that GLEAM-CAPEX is unauthorised, may be targeting UK consumers and should be avoided.

When these facts are considered together, we found no reasonable basis for recommending that an investor trust gleemcapes.biz with money or financial information.

Why We Are Calling gleemcapes.biz a Scam Website

AssetVault has deliberately changed how it reports cases like this.

Simply repeating that a company is “unauthorised” can leave victims wondering what the warning actually means for the money they have already deposited.

So our conclusion is based on the evidence as a whole:

  • GLEAM-CAPEX has been formally placed on the warning list of the UK’s financial regulator.
  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identifies gleemcapes.biz specifically.
  • The firm is not authorised to provide the relevant regulated financial services in the UK.
  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says it may be targeting UK consumers.
  • The regulator expressly tells consumers to avoid the firm and beware of scams.
  • The domain is relatively young.
  • Independent cybersecurity monitoring has recorded security-vendor detections involving the domain.

AssetVault Recovery therefore considers gleemcapes.biz unsafe for investors and believes the available evidence is consistent with the website being operated as an investment scam.

If you have not invested yet, do not deposit money.

If you have already invested, stop treating the balance displayed by the platform as proof that your money remains under your control. The important evidence is the actual payment trail.

There Is No FCA Safety Net Behind GLEAM-CAPEX

The regulatory status also affects what happens when something goes wrong.

According to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), people dealing with GLEAM-CAPEX will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service for complaints against the firm.

They also will not receive Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection if the firm fails.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) additionally notes that people who sent money to a fraudster on or after 7 October 2024 may, depending on the circumstances, be covered by protections introduced by the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR).

Anyone who paid GLEAM-CAPEX through a bank should therefore contact the bank promptly rather than waiting for the website or an account manager to resolve a withdrawal problem.

The Warning Has Reached the International Alert Network

Regulatory-warning data also records the GLEAM-CAPEX warning as being circulated through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN network on 28 August 2026.

The originating authority remains the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) record should therefore be understood as international circulation of that regulatory warning rather than a separate enforcement action.

AssetVault has documented comparable warnings in previous investigations involving Sync-digital.co, Witzeltrading Market, Huron Financial Group LLC, Surecover Group and Franklin National Reserve. In each case, the important question is not how convincing a website or company identity appears, but whether the people receiving investors’ money can be independently verified and appropriately authorised.

If GLEAM-CAPEX Is Blocking Your Withdrawal

If your account shows a substantial balance but you cannot withdraw it, preserve screenshots of the balance and every rejected or pending withdrawal request.

Then concentrate on the real transactions.

If you paid with cryptocurrency, record the cryptocurrency used, sending wallet, receiving wallet and transaction hash for every transfer.

If you paid through a bank, preserve the beneficiary name, receiving account or IBAN, bank name, payment reference, date and amount.

Those records can help reconstruct where the funds travelled even if gleemcapes.biz subsequently disappears or the people communicating with you stop responding.

Lost Money to GLEAM-CAPEX? Have the Transaction Trail Reviewed

If you have already transferred money or cryptocurrency to GLEAM-CAPEX or gleemcapes.biz, AssetVault Recovery can review the evidence surrounding the transactions and assess what can realistically be established about the movement of your funds.

The review can include cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction hashes, bank-transfer records, payment instructions, account screenshots and communications with the people who handled your investment.

The earlier these records are preserved, the better the opportunity to reconstruct what happened.
