Intrade24 (intrade24.com): Behind the “FINRA Regulated” Claims and New Investor Warning

Intrade24 presents intrade24.com as a regulated North American trading platform used by millions of traders. But on 4 September 2026, Canadian regulators placed the exact website behind an official investor warning.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Québec’s financial regulator, identifies Intrade24, intrade24.com and the alternative business name In Trade 24 Trust. Its conclusion is straightforward: Intrade24 is not registered with the regulator and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.

The warning has also entered the Canadian national alert system and has been circulated internationally through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN database.

AssetVault Recovery went further and examined what Intrade24 is telling prospective investors on its own website. What we found makes the regulatory warning considerably more important.

Intrade24 Is Now Officially Classified as a High-Risk Platform

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) does not list Intrade24 merely as a company requiring additional verification. Its warning categorizes the operation as a high-risk platform.

The official record identifies:

  • Name: Intrade24
  • Other name: In Trade 24 Trust
  • Website: intrade24.com
  • Purported location: Toronto, Canada
  • Warning date: 4 September 2026
  • Regulatory status in Québec: Not registered and not authorized to solicit investors

The warning has also been published by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), whose national investor-alert database repeats the same information and identifies the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) as the issuing authority.

For anyone who discovered Intrade24 through an advertisement, telephone call, social media approach or online trading promotion, this warning should fundamentally change how the platform is assessed.

What Intrade24 Tells Investors Is Very Different

AssetVault’s review of intrade24.com found a website built around regulatory credibility.

The platform currently tells visitors that it is a “registered broker-dealer” and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Near its account-registration area, the website displays the words:

“256-bit SSL Encrypted · SIPC Member · FINRA Regulated”

Elsewhere, Intrade24 says securities products and services are offered through IN TRADE 24 TRUST INC. The website also displays Canadian regulatory and investor-protection branding referring to the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF).

These are powerful trust signals. An ordinary investor seeing references to several major North American regulatory and investor-protection organizations could reasonably assume the platform has undergone extensive regulatory verification.

But regulatory logos and statements on a website are not substitutes for independent verification.

What we can establish independently is that the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has now publicly warned that Intrade24 is not registered with it and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.

“Join 4.2 Million Traders” — Another Claim Investors Should Question

Intrade24 goes beyond regulatory language.

The website tells prospective customers to “Join 4.2 Million Traders” and promotes a $100 welcome bonus for new accounts. It advertises trading functionality, market access, account management, VPS hosting, API access, strategy sessions and dedicated account managers.

The overall impression is of a large, established brokerage operation with millions of customers and extensive regulatory backing.

Yet the platform is now appearing in an official Canadian high-risk warning.

AssetVault could not treat claims about millions of traders, regulatory membership or investor protection as established merely because intrade24.com publishes them. Anyone considering the platform should verify each claim independently with the organization supposedly providing the registration or protection.

This is the same principle we emphasized when examining MelzaPay (melzapay.com): when a financial website builds its credibility around regulatory representations, those representations need to survive verification outside the website itself.

The Toronto Address Does Not Cancel the Warning

Intrade24 lists a head office at 92 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario M5C 2V8, Canada and provides the Canadian telephone number +1 647 367 8570.

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) alert also records Toronto, Canada as Intrade24’s purported base of operation.

A Canadian address, however, does not establish authorization to offer investments.

This distinction is particularly important because sophisticated scam operations increasingly use real addresses, recognizable company terminology and professional-looking regulatory references to reduce suspicion.

We saw a more explicit version of this problem in AssetVault’s investigation of bvfcapital.com, where the existence of a genuine company became part of an impersonation scheme. The lesson is the same: investors must verify the exact entity and website they are dealing with, not simply find something credible that appears to match the name.

IOSCO Has Now Carried the Intrade24 Warning Internationally

Intrade24 also appears in the I-SCAN warning network maintained by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

The international record identifies:

  • Commercial name: Intrade24
  • Corporate name: In Trade 24 Trust
  • URL: https://intrade24.com
  • Originating regulator: Québec – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Date: 4 September 2026

The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) explains that I-SCAN distributes alerts supplied by its member regulators. Therefore, this should not be described as a separate enforcement finding against Intrade24 by the international organization itself.

The underlying warning comes from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). International circulation nevertheless makes the warning particularly relevant to people outside Québec who may encounter intrade24.com online.

AssetVault’s Investigation of intrade24.com

After reviewing the regulatory records and the website’s own representations, AssetVault believes there are substantial reasons for investors to stay away from intrade24.com.

The central problem is the gap between how Intrade24 markets itself and what an official regulator has now published about it.

On one side is a website claiming millions of traders, broker-dealer status, regulatory oversight and investor-protection memberships. On the other is an official warning categorizing Intrade24 as a high-risk platform and stating that it is neither registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) nor authorized to solicit Québec investors.

The warning is additionally present in the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) national database and has reached the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) international warning network.

AssetVault Recovery’s assessment is that intrade24.com displays serious characteristics consistent with a scam investment operation. Investors should not rely on regulatory logos, claimed memberships, account balances or statements made by an Intrade24 account manager as proof that their money is protected.

If you have not yet deposited, our recommendation is straightforward: do not send money to intrade24.com.

Investors should apply the same caution to regulatory claims made by other flagged operations. AssetVault’s investigations into Web3 Sync (web3-0.com) and Finanzbase AG show why an impressive website cannot override direct regulatory evidence.

Already Deposited With Intrade24?

If you have already transferred money to Intrade24, the priority now is to preserve evidence and avoid increasing your exposure.

Be especially cautious if an account manager tells you that you need to make another deposit before withdrawing an existing balance. Unexpected requests for taxes, liquidity payments, verification charges, insurance, account upgrades or withdrawal fees should be treated as serious warning signs.

Save copies of:

  • bank transfer and card payment records;
  • cryptocurrency transaction hashes and wallet addresses;
  • emails and account-manager communications;
  • WhatsApp, Telegram or text conversations;
  • screenshots of your Intrade24 dashboard;
  • withdrawal requests and responses;
  • account statements and investment agreements; and
  • any demand for additional money.

If cryptocurrency was used, the transaction hash and destination wallet can become particularly important because they provide evidence independent of what appears inside an online trading dashboard.

AssetVault has seen this distinction repeatedly in cases such as aakbnw / cryptovip99, where following the actual transaction trail is more useful than relying on a balance displayed by the platform.
