Corpholding (corpholding.com) Under Fire as European Regulators Raise Alarm

Corpholding presents itself through a Swiss address and the international-sounding name Corpholding Inc., but investors checking the company today will find something far more important than its website presentation: a growing trail of official regulatory warnings.

On September 18, 2026, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) added Corpholding / corpholding.com to its warning list. FINMA identifies the exact domain, records an address at Paradeplatz, Postfach, 8022 Zürich, Switzerland, and states that the operation is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

But the Swiss warning is only the latest development.

Before FINMA acted, regulators in both the Netherlands and Denmark had already issued warnings concerning Corpholding Inc. and the exact domain corpholding.com. Both went significantly further: they described Corpholding as a suspected boiler room. The Danish regulator says consumers were contacted unsolicited and subjected to substantial sales pressure, including pressure to provide sensitive personal information and misleading promises of quick financial gains.

Based on this multi-jurisdiction regulatory record, AssetVault Recovery considers Corpholding / corpholding.com a scam investment website that investors should avoid.

FINMA Adds Corpholding to Its Warning List

The latest regulatory action comes from Switzerland.

On September 18, 2026, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) published a warning identifying:

  • Name: Corpholding / corpholding.com
  • Website: https://corpholding.com
  • Address: Paradeplatz, Postfach, 8022 Zürich, Switzerland
  • Commercial Register: Not entered in the commercial register
  • Warning date: September 18, 2026

The Commercial Register finding deserves particular attention.

A Zürich address—especially one referencing Paradeplatz—can give an investment operation an immediate appearance of Swiss financial credibility. But a prestigious-looking location does not establish that a financial company is incorporated, licensed or supervised in Switzerland.

FINMA’s record states plainly that the warned operation is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

The Netherlands Had Already Called Corpholding a Suspected Boiler Room

Corpholding was already on regulators’ radar before the Swiss warning appeared.

On August 26, 2026, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned consumers about Corpholding Inc.

The Dutch warning identifies the exact domain corpholding.com and lists two addresses:

  • Paradeplatz, Postfach 8022 Zürich, Switzerland
  • 611 W. 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017, United States

It also identifies support@corpholding.online as an email address associated with the operation.

Most importantly, the AFM says Corpholding Inc. is a suspected boiler room, describing this as a form of online investment fraud.

According to the regulator, Corpholding approached people without being asked and offered investment proposals. The AFM says the company does not have an AFM licence or a European Passport.

The warning has also been officially circulated through Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), whose foreign-regulator warning database records Corpholding Inc. and corpholding.com as an unauthorized entity originating from the Netherlands AFM.

Denmark Then Issued a Detailed Warning

Only days later, another regulator published its own findings.

On September 3, 2026, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) warned against conducting securities trading with Corpholding Inc.

The Danish regulator says the firm markets investment services through Corpholding.com and has contacted consumers unsolicited despite lacking authorization to operate as an investment firm in Denmark.

Again, the regulator uses the term suspected boiler room.

Its description of the reported conduct is particularly important for anyone who has already dealt with Corpholding.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority refers to:

  • Unsolicited approaches to consumers
  • Significant sales pressure
  • Pressure to provide sensitive personal information
  • Misleading promises of quick financial gains
  • Attempts to persuade consumers to invest

Those are not conclusions invented by AssetVault. They come directly from the regulator’s warning.

Three Regulators, One Exact Domain

The chronology matters:

August 26, 2026: The Netherlands AFM warns about Corpholding Inc. and corpholding.com and describes it as a suspected boiler room.

September 3, 2026: The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority warns against securities trading with Corpholding Inc., again identifying corpholding.com and suspected boiler-room conduct.

September 18, 2026: Switzerland’s FINMA adds Corpholding / corpholding.com to its warning list and records that the operation is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

The FINMA alert has additionally been reported through IOSCO I-SCAN.

IOSCO’s appearance should be understood correctly. It does not represent a separate IOSCO prosecution or finding. I-SCAN circulates warnings supplied by securities regulators internationally. The substantive September 18 warning originates with FINMA.

The Swiss Address Does Not Establish Swiss Legitimacy

One of the clearest lessons from this case is that an address should never be treated as proof that an investment company is regulated in that country.

Corpholding has been associated with a Paradeplatz address in Zürich.

For an investor unfamiliar with Switzerland, that can sound reassuring. Paradeplatz is closely associated with Zürich’s financial district.

But an address on a website or investment document is not a regulatory licence.

The relevant official evidence is that FINMA identifies the address while simultaneously recording that Corpholding is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

This is why investors should verify a business through the regulator and official corporate records rather than relying on addresses, logos or professional-looking documents supplied by the investment platform itself.

Were You Contacted Without Asking?

If your relationship with Corpholding began with an unexpected telephone call, email, WhatsApp message, social-media approach or other unsolicited communication, preserve that evidence.

Both the Netherlands and Danish warnings specifically refer to unsolicited approaches.

Do not delete the first message simply because later conversations seem more important. The earliest communication may help establish how the relationship started, which telephone numbers were used, which names were presented and whether different individuals later became involved.

Save:

  • Telephone numbers and call logs
  • Emails and complete email headers where available
  • WhatsApp and Telegram conversations
  • Social-media profiles and advertisements
  • Names used by purported brokers or account managers
  • Voice notes and recorded messages
  • Investment proposals and PDF documents
  • Links originally used to direct you to the website

AssetVault has seen the importance of this evidence repeatedly, including in our Infinite Markets investigation, where the regulator likewise identified suspected boiler-room activity.

If You Sent Money, Start With the Real Transaction

If an online account currently shows a substantial investment balance, profit or portfolio value, do not make that number the starting point of a recovery investigation.

Start with the money that actually left your possession.

For bank transfers, preserve the beneficiary name, receiving bank, IBAN or account number, SWIFT/BIC details, payment reference, amount and transfer date.

For cryptocurrency payments, preserve:

  • Transaction hashes or TXIDs
  • Receiving wallet addresses
  • The blockchain network used
  • Cryptocurrency and amount transferred
  • Exchange withdrawal confirmations
  • Dates and timestamps

A dashboard can be altered. A properly confirmed blockchain transaction provides independently verifiable evidence that value moved from one address to another.

This same distinction was central to our GoldPrideHoldings investigation, where following the actual payment trail was more useful than accepting representations displayed inside an investment account.

Do Not Send More Money Just to Unlock a Withdrawal

If you have already requested a withdrawal from Corpholding and are being asked to make another payment first, document the demand before doing anything further.

Victims of investment scams are frequently told that funds cannot be released until an additional amount is paid for supposed tax, compliance, AML verification, insurance, commission, wallet activation, liquidity or blockchain processing.

The terminology can sound technical or official. That does not make the payment legitimate.

If you receive such a demand, preserve:

  • The exact amount requested
  • The explanation given for the charge
  • The person who requested it
  • The bank account or crypto wallet supplied for payment
  • Invoices or purported regulatory documents
  • Any deadline or threat attached to the demand

Do not assume that sending “one final payment” will unlock the balance shown on the platform.

Our Veld Luxaris investigation similarly demonstrates why representations on an investment interface must be separated from evidence showing where real funds actually moved.

Requests for Personal Information Deserve Attention Too

The Danish warning specifically mentions pressure to submit sensitive personal information.

If you provided Corpholding with a passport, driver’s licence, proof of address, bank statement, selfie, credit-card image or other identity material, record exactly what was supplied and when.

Do not send additional identity documents simply because someone says they are necessary to release your funds.

If remote-access software was installed during conversations with a purported broker or account manager, document that as well and remove access if it is no longer required.

Beware of Recovery Scams After Corpholding

A second danger can emerge after an investment platform stops paying.

Someone may contact you claiming that your funds have already been traced, frozen or recovered. They may claim to work for a regulator, law firm, blockchain company, government agency or recovery service.

Be cautious if an unsolicited recovery approach requires an upfront cryptocurrency payment to release supposedly recovered assets.

Never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key. Legitimate blockchain analysis does not require someone to obtain your seed phrase to examine public transactions.

Our Vaulterro investigation also emphasizes why wallet and transaction evidence should be preserved without surrendering control of the victim’s own wallet.

AssetVault’s Assessment of Corpholding

This case is no longer based on a single warning from one jurisdiction.

The Netherlands AFM has described Corpholding Inc. as a suspected boiler room and says it lacks an AFM licence or European Passport.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority says Corpholding markets investment services without authorization in Denmark and reports unsolicited approaches, significant sales pressure, pressure for sensitive information and misleading promises of quick financial gains.

Switzerland’s FINMA has now added the exact corpholding.com domain to its warning list and states that the operation is not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

The FINMA warning is also circulated through IOSCO I-SCAN.

For AssetVault Recovery, the combined evidence supports a clear conclusion: corpholding.com should be treated as a scam investment website, and investors should not send it additional funds.

If you have already paid, the priority should shift from trying to make the website balance increase or negotiating another deposit to preserving the evidence needed to establish where your real money went.

Need Help With a Corpholding Transaction?

If you have transferred money or cryptocurrency to Corpholding, preserve your payment records and communications before access to accounts, messages or transaction information is lost.

Request a confidential case assessment and have your Corpholding payment trail reviewed.

Submit your transaction records, wallet addresses, TXIDs and supporting evidence for review and recovery options.

Transaction analysis may help identify wallet movements, exchanges, banks, payment processors or other counterparties appearing in the payment trail. The ability to trace a transaction does not itself guarantee that funds can ultimately be recovered.

No upfront recovery fees. Fees are payable only after a successful recovery.
