Divine Group Limited (divine-group.io): Two Canadian Regulators Say It Is Not Registered
Updated October 2026: AssetVault has substantially revised this investigation after a second Canadian securities regulator added Divine Group Ltd to its warning list.
The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) warned about Divine Group Limited on 19 June 2026 and identified three websites:
- divine-group.io
- cfd.divine-group.finance
- divine-group.cfd
The BCSC states that Divine Group Limited is not registered with the regulator and advises anyone approached by or referred to the company to exercise extreme caution before handing over money.
A second regulatory warning followed in September. The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) also lists Divine Group Ltd and the same three websites, stating that the firm is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta.
The fact that two separate Canadian securities regulators have now identified the same business and domains materially strengthens the risk assessment.

Two Regulators Now Flag the Same Divine Group Websites
The first Canadian warning came from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).
Its 19 June 2026 entry names Divine Group Limited and specifically identifies:
https://divine-group.iohttps://cfd.divine-group.financehttps://divine-group.cfd
The BCSC states that the company is not registered with the regulator.
That warning alone was sufficient to justify serious caution. The regulatory picture became stronger on 23 September 2026 when the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) added Divine Group Ltd to its own Investment Caution List.
The ASC identifies the same three websites and says Divine Group Ltd is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta.
The ASC recommends that investors should not deal with firms that are not registered because normal investor protections may not be available.
These are not merely two websites repeating the same internet allegation. They are separate securities regulators reaching closely aligned conclusions about the same firm and domains.
Why the Matching Domains Matter
Regulatory warnings can sometimes involve businesses with similar names but different websites. That creates a risk of incorrectly combining unrelated operations.
That is not the issue here.
Both the BCSC and the ASC identify all three of the following domains:
- divine-group.io
- cfd.divine-group.finance
- divine-group.cfd
That exact-domain overlap makes the connection between the two warnings clear.
For investors, it also means switching from one of these Divine Group addresses to another does not resolve the registration problem identified by the regulators.
The central issue is straightforward: the business is presenting financial or trading services through multiple websites, while securities regulators in both British Columbia and Alberta say it is not registered in their jurisdictions.
AssetVault has seen similar registration concerns in other regulator-led investigations, including Frequency Venturesand Finex Trade. Each case must be assessed on its own evidence, but official registration warnings deserve more weight than claims made on an investment website itself.
If You Already Sent Money
If you have already transferred funds through one of the Divine Group websites, preserve the records showing where the money actually moved.
Keep:
- Bank statements, wire receipts and beneficiary names.
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction hashes or TXIDs.
- The blockchain network used for each cryptocurrency transfer.
- Exchange deposit and withdrawal records.
- Account and trading-dashboard screenshots.
- Emails, WhatsApp, Telegram or other communications.
- Withdrawal requests and the responses you received.
- Any request for additional money before funds can supposedly be released.
Do not treat a number shown on a trading dashboard as proof that the same amount exists in an account under your control.
For cryptocurrency transfers, wallet addresses and TXIDs can provide an independently verifiable trail. For bank transfers, beneficiary information and payment-routing records help establish where the funds were actually sent.
If a further payment is being requested before a withdrawal can be processed, do not assume another transfer will solve the problem.
Requests described as tax, verification, insurance, AML, compliance, liquidity, blockchain or withdrawal charges should be independently verified before anything further is paid. AssetVault is not stating that Divine Group has used every one of these descriptions; any specific payment demand must be supported by the affected investor’s own records.
The important step is to preserve the demand, recipient details and communications.
AssetVault applies the same transaction-first approach in investigations such as FiscalsmartExchange and in its broader coverage of unauthorised crypto platforms.
AssetVault Assessment
The regulatory evidence concerning Divine Group Limited is now stronger than when AssetVault first covered the platform.
The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) states that Divine Group Limited is not registered with it and advises investors to proceed with extreme caution.
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) separately says Divine Group Ltd is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta.
Both regulators identify divine-group.io, cfd.divine-group.finance and divine-group.cfd.
Based on those matching regulatory findings, AssetVault considers these Divine Group websites high-risk, unregistered financial-services platforms.
Anyone who has already transferred money should stop further payments, preserve the complete transaction and communication trail, and establish where the funds were actually sent.
