Dufourbit (dufourbit.com) Scam Warning: Regulators Flag Suspected Investment Fraud

Anyone searching “Is Dufourbit a scam?” or trying to determine whether dufourbit.com is a legitimate investment platform now has significant regulatory evidence to consider.

Dufourbit / Dufourbit Pty Ltd has attracted warnings from financial authorities in both the Netherlands and United Kingdom. Most notably, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) has described Dufourbit as a suspected boiler room — a form of online investment fraud.

Dutch Regulator Identifies Dufourbit as Suspected Boiler Room

On 7 July 2026, the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned consumers not to accept investment offers from Dufourbit.

The AFM identified DUFOURBIT PTY LTD, dufourbit.com, support@dufourbit.com and a UK telephone number in its warning. Crucially, the AFM said the operation is suspected of being a boiler room, which the regulator describes as a form of online investment fraud.

This makes the warning particularly important for people searching for information about a possible Dufourbit investment scam, withdrawal problems or unexpected investment approaches.

FCA Issues Separate Dufourbit Scam Warning

The regulatory concern did not remain confined to the Netherlands.

On 19 August 2026, the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published its own warning concerning Dufourbit / Dufourbit Pty Ltd.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) states that the firm is not authorised and may be targeting people in the United Kingdom. The regulator explicitly advises consumers to avoid dealing with the firm and to beware of scams.

The FCA also warns that consumers dealing with an unauthorised firm generally will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service and will not receive Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection if things go wrong.

Dufourbit Warning Spreads Through European Regulatory Networks

The original Dutch warning has also been circulated through European regulatory channels.

Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) lists DUFOURBIT PTY LTD and dufourbit.com in its database of warnings issued by foreign authorities, identifying the alert as originating from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) similarly carries the Dutch warning and identifies Dufourbit as an unauthorised firm.

These republications should not be confused with separate enforcement actions by each authority, but they substantially increase the international visibility of the original AFM warning.

Is Dufourbit a Scam?

AssetVault Recovery does not substitute its own conclusion for a regulator’s findings. However, investors asking whether Dufourbit shows signs associated with an investment scam should take the regulatory record seriously.

The AFM suspects Dufourbit of operating as a boiler room and directly connects that classification with online investment fraud. The FCA separately confirms that Dufourbit is unauthorised in the UK and tells consumers to avoid the firm and beware of scams.

Investors should therefore exercise extreme caution before sending Dufourbit money, cryptocurrency or additional payments.
