firmapextrades.com Exposed: Firm Apex Trades Added to High-Risk Warning List
Firm Apex Trades presents itself online as an investment operation associated with forex and cryptocurrency trading. But investors researching firmapextrades.com now have an important piece of information that should not be ignored: the exact website has been named in an official financial regulator warning.
On 4 September 2026, Québec’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) issued a warning against Firm Apex Trades. The regulator identifies firmapextrades.com and another business name connected with the operation: Apex Firm Capitals.
The warning is unusually relevant to anyone considering depositing because the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) places Firm Apex Trades in three categories: Cryptoassets, Forex and High-risk platforms.
The regulator states that Firm Apex Trades is not registered with the AMF and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.
The warning has since been carried through Canada’s national securities-alert system and circulated internationally through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN network.
AssetVault Recovery examined the information surrounding Firm Apex Trades further. Our findings give investors additional reasons to treat firmapextrades.com with extreme caution.
Firm Apex Trades Is Being Presented as a London Operation
One of the first things investors may notice when researching Firm Apex Trades is its apparent connection to the United Kingdom.
The regulatory information reproduced by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) records London, United Kingdom as the last known location or purported base of operation of Firm Apex Trades.
That information can easily create an impression of credibility. London is one of the world’s largest financial centres, and a supposed London presence may reassure someone being approached about forex or cryptocurrency investments.
But an address or claimed geographic base is not evidence that an investment business is authorized.
The important question is whether the entity behind the website can be independently connected to the regulatory permissions required for the financial services it offers.
In this case, what investors can independently establish is that a financial regulator has already issued a warning concerning the exact domain firmapextrades.com.
Why the Name “Apex Firm Capitals” Matters
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) does not identify only Firm Apex Trades.
Its warning records Apex Firm Capitals as another business name used by the operation.
This detail matters because investors frequently search only the name appearing in an email, trading dashboard or conversation with an account manager. An operation using multiple names can make that verification more difficult.
Someone approached as a client of “Apex Firm Capitals” may not immediately realize that a regulator warning filed under “Firm Apex Trades” concerns the same operation.
AssetVault therefore recommends searching the exact website domain whenever investigating an online financial platform. Names can change. Domains, email addresses, receiving bank accounts and cryptocurrency wallet addresses can provide a more useful trail.
This issue has appeared in other AssetVault investigations. Our examination of bvfcapital.com demonstrated why verifying a company name alone can be dangerous when the online identity behind an investment offer is not what it initially appears to be.
Cryptoassets and Forex Are Both Part of the Warning
The categories assigned by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) provide another important clue about the activity associated with Firm Apex Trades.
- Cryptoassets
- Forex
- High-risk platforms
This combination deserves particular attention because cryptocurrency transfers can make the movement of investor funds very different from a conventional card or bank payment.
If someone representing Firm Apex Trades instructed you to purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or another cryptocurrency and then transfer it to a wallet address, the blockchain transaction itself becomes critical evidence.
A balance displayed on firmapextrades.com does not independently prove that cryptocurrency is being held for you or that trading profits shown on the platform represent actual market activity.
The transaction hash can establish where the cryptocurrency was really sent.
AssetVault has encountered this distinction repeatedly while investigating questionable cryptocurrency platforms. In our examination of aakbnw / cryptovip99, we explained why the actual blockchain trail can be substantially more valuable than figures displayed inside an online account.
The Warning Has Now Spread Across Regulatory Networks
The original warning comes from Québec’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), but it is no longer confined to the regulator’s own website.
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) investor-alert database now records Firm Apex Trades, firmapextrades.com, the alternative name Apex Firm Capitals and the purported London location.
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) also repeats the central regulatory finding: Firm Apex Trades is not registered with the Québec regulator and is not authorized to solicit investors there.
That national publication makes the warning easier to discover for investors elsewhere in Canada who may encounter the website.
We saw a similar regulatory progression in AssetVault’s investigation of JPX (jpxmart.com), another platform placed in the cryptoassets, forex and high-risk categories by the same regulator.
IOSCO Has Circulated the Firm Apex Trades Warning Internationally
The warning has also entered the I-SCAN database maintained by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
The international record is particularly useful because it connects both names and the website in one place:
- Commercial name: Firm Apex Trades
- Corporate/alternative name: Apex Firm Capitals
- Website: https://firmapextrades.com
- Originating regulator: Québec – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Warning date: 4 September 2026
This should be described accurately. The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has circulated the warning through I-SCAN; the underlying regulatory finding originates from the Québec Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
Nevertheless, international circulation matters. Firm Apex Trades presents itself as operating from London, while its website is accessible globally. An investor does not need to live in Québec to encounter firmapextrades.com.
What AssetVault’s Investigation Found
AssetVault Recovery does not consider the regulator warning in isolation.
We examined the identifiers surrounding the operation and the type of investment activity associated with it. Taken together, the findings create a troubling picture.
Firm Apex Trades is associated with firmapextrades.com and also uses the name Apex Firm Capitals. It presents a purported London connection while being associated with cryptocurrency and forex activity. The exact domain has now been placed in a high-risk warning by an official financial regulator.
That warning has subsequently been reproduced through the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and circulated internationally through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
The website was still presenting an account-registration facility when AssetVault conducted its review, meaning prospective users could still encounter an interface inviting them to create an account despite the regulatory warning already attached to the operation.
We found a comparable disconnect between an online financial presentation and regulatory evidence when investigating MelzaPay (melzapay.com). The lesson for investors is straightforward: a functioning website, polished dashboard or professional account-opening process does not establish regulatory legitimacy.
After reviewing the regulator findings, the multiple business identities, the purported London operation and the financial activities associated with the website, AssetVault Recovery considers firmapextrades.com to display serious characteristics consistent with an investment scam.
Our assessment is therefore clear: do not send money or cryptocurrency to Firm Apex Trades or Apex Firm Capitals through firmapextrades.com.
This conclusion is AssetVault’s independent assessment. The formal finding made by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is that Firm Apex Trades is not registered with it and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.
Already Sent Money to Firm Apex Trades?
If you have already deposited through firmapextrades.com, discovering the warning may be alarming. The priority should now be preserving evidence and avoiding further financial exposure.
Do not delete your trading account, emails or conversations.
Keep copies of:
- bank-transfer confirmations and beneficiary details;
- credit or debit card transaction records;
- cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
- transaction hashes and blockchain networks used;
- emails from Firm Apex Trades or Apex Firm Capitals;
- WhatsApp, Telegram or other messages;
- screenshots of the trading dashboard;
- account statements;
- withdrawal requests and responses; and
- any request for further payments.
Be particularly cautious if you are told that you must pay additional money before an existing balance can be withdrawn.
Demands described as tax, insurance, verification, account activation, liquidity, commission or withdrawal-release fees should not automatically be accepted simply because a dashboard appears to show money waiting for you.
AssetVault’s investigation into Intrade24 (intrade24.com) highlights the same underlying problem: investors should distinguish between numbers displayed by a trading platform and independently verifiable evidence showing where their money actually went.
