neventalux.com Exposed: Scammers Are Impersonating the Real NEVENTA MANAGEMENT
If you were approached by someone claiming to represent NEVENTA MANAGEMENT through neventalux.com or info@neventalux.com, do not send money or provide additional personal or financial information.
Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has identified www.neventalux.com as a website being used by unknown persons impersonating the genuine NEVENTA MANAGEMENT.
This distinction is critical. There is a legitimate company called NEVENTA MANAGEMENT. According to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), that genuine company is registered and supervised as an alternative investment fund manager under Article 3(3) of Luxembourg’s Law of 12 July 2013. It has no connection with the activities conducted through neventalux.com.
The regulator classifies the case as “Identity theft and illicit activities.” The warning has also been circulated internationally through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN system, where neventalux.com appears under the Luxembourg regulatory warning.
AssetVault Recovery’s finding: neventalux.com is an impersonation scam website. The people operating it are misusing the identity of a genuine Luxembourg financial company. Consumers should not confuse the fraudulent website with the legitimate NEVENTA MANAGEMENT.
The Scam Works Because NEVENTA MANAGEMENT Is Real
This is what makes the neventalux.com operation particularly deceptive.
A potential investor who searches for “NEVENTA MANAGEMENT” can find evidence that a genuine financial company with that name exists in Luxembourg. That discovery may appear to confirm what the person behind neventalux.com has said.
But the verification stops too early.
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) explicitly separates the two:
- Fraudulent website used: www.neventalux.com
- Email used: info@neventalux.com
- Name being misused: NEVENTA MANAGEMENT
- Regulatory classification: Identity theft and illicit activities
- Genuine NEVENTA MANAGEMENT: Not connected to these activities
The scammers therefore benefit from the reputation and regulatory footprint of a real company without actually being that company.
This type of identity misuse has appeared repeatedly in financial scams. AssetVault has documented similar verification problems in investigations involving Acervancia / Miretsuno and Nexymus, where understanding the identity behind a website was central to assessing the risk.
What neventalux.com Claims to Offer
The operation behind neventalux.com presents itself as a Luxembourg wealth-management business.
Publicly captured versions of the website promote services associated with professional asset management, including wealth management, investment advice, fiduciary services and strategic financial planning.
The site has also claimed that the business was established in 2018 and serves private and institutional clients.
Those claims create exactly the type of appearance that can make an impersonation scheme effective. A professional financial website combined with the name of a genuine regulated business can make an investor believe that independent checks have already confirmed the operation’s legitimacy.
They have not.
The relevant verification comes directly from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF): unknown persons are impersonating NEVENTA MANAGEMENT, and the genuine company has nothing to do with the activities identified in the warning.
Why Checking Only the Company Name Can Lead Victims Into the Trap
Clone and impersonation scams exploit a weakness in the way people normally research financial companies.
A victim may receive an investment proposal and then search the company name. If a legitimate business appears in official records, the victim assumes the person who contacted them must represent that company.
But a proper check has to go further.
The website domain, email address, telephone number and payment instructions must match independently verified details belonging to the genuine regulated business.
This is particularly important when scammers deliberately borrow the identities of legitimate financial companies. AssetVault’s investigation into Divine Group Limited similarly demonstrated why a convincing corporate identity should never replace verification of the exact website being used.
In the present case, the exact domain matters more than the familiar company name:
www.neventalux.com is the website identified in the official fraud warning.
IOSCO Has Circulated the neventalux.com Warning Internationally
The NEVENTA MANAGEMENT impersonation warning has also entered the international I-SCAN warning network maintained by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
The I-SCAN record identifies NEVENTA MANAGEMENT, the URL www.neventalux.com and Luxembourg’s financial regulator as the originating authority. The warning was posted to the international system on 2 September 2026.
This does not mean the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) conducted a separate investigation. The underlying finding comes from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which published its warning on 25 August 2026.
International circulation nevertheless matters because an impersonation website can approach victims well beyond Luxembourg.
AssetVault’s Finding: neventalux.com Is the Scam, Not the Genuine Company
The evidence in this case allows for a clear conclusion without unfairly accusing the legitimate company whose identity has been stolen.
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) says unknown persons are impersonating NEVENTA MANAGEMENT through neventalux.com and info@neventalux.com. The regulator classifies the activity as identity theft and illicit activities and explicitly states that the genuine NEVENTA MANAGEMENT is not related to it.
AssetVault Recovery therefore considers neventalux.com a scam website being operated through the stolen identity of a legitimate financial company.
Do not send money to payment instructions supplied through neventalux.com simply because the person contacting you can point to a genuine NEVENTA MANAGEMENT registration.
That legitimate registration belongs to the real company—not automatically to the people behind the website.
Already Sent Money Through neventalux.com?
If you have already transferred money after communicating with someone through neventalux.com, preserve the evidence before confronting the person who contacted you.
Keep:
- bank transfer confirmations and beneficiary details;
- cryptocurrency transaction hashes and wallet addresses, if applicable;
- emails sent from info@neventalux.com;
- WhatsApp, Telegram or other conversations;
- investment agreements and account statements;
- screenshots of neventalux.com;
- names and telephone numbers used by supposed advisers; and
- all withdrawal requests and demands for further payments.
If someone now claims that another payment is required for tax, compliance, account verification or release of your investment, do not send more money simply to recover what you have already paid.
AssetVault has examined this problem in other scam cases, including VaultBit, where preserving the actual transaction trail can be considerably more useful than relying on balances or documents supplied by the platform.
Lost Money Through neventalux.com? Have the Payment Trail Reviewed

The objective is to establish who actually received the funds and where they subsequently moved, rather than assuming the genuine NEVENTA MANAGEMENT received them merely because its name appeared on documents or correspondence.
