Strategic Advisers (strategic-advisers.org): CNMV Says the Platform Is Not Authorised

The strongest evidence concerning Strategic Advisers does not come from online reviews or anonymous complaints. Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has issued an official warning naming the platform and two websites connected with it:

  1. strategic-advisers.org
  2. user.strategicadvisers.tech

The CNMV states that Strategic Advisers is not authorised to provide regulated investment services or activities, including foreign-currency transactions. The regulator also states that it is not authorised to provide regulated crypto-asset services requiring prior authorisation under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.

For anyone considering depositing money with Strategic Advisers, that regulatory finding should carry considerably more weight than claims appearing on the platform itself.

The CNMV Warning Is Specific

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued its public warning on 8 June 2026.

It identifies:

  1. https://strategic-advisers.org
  2. https://user.strategicadvisers.tech
  3. STRATEGIC ADVISERS

The CNMV says Strategic Advisers is not authorised to provide the investment services and activities reserved under Spanish securities law.

The regulator specifically includes foreign-currency transactions within the activities covered by its warning.

It also states that Strategic Advisers is not authorised to carry out activities reserved for crypto-asset service providers under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, commonly known as MiCA, where prior authorisation is required.

This is important because the warning is broader than simply saying that a company name cannot be found on a register. The CNMV identifies the exact websites and the regulated activities for which the provider does not have authorisation.

The same warning has also been circulated by Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), which attributes the warning to the Spanish regulator. The FSMA publication should be understood as circulation of the Spanish warning, not a separate Belgian enforcement action.

Two Domains Are Named

One useful feature of the regulatory warning is that it does not identify Strategic Advisers only by company name.

The CNMV names both the public-facing domain strategic-advisers.org and the associated domain user.strategicadvisers.tech.

That matters because investment platforms frequently separate their promotional website from the area used for account access, dashboards or trading activity.

For anyone preserving evidence, records from both domains may therefore be relevant.

If emails, login links, payment instructions or account screenshots reference user.strategicadvisers.tech, those materials should be retained alongside anything connected with strategic-advisers.org.

The regulatory finding applies to the named Strategic Advisers operation rather than to other businesses that may happen to use similar wording in their names.

If You Already Sent Money

If you have already transferred money or cryptocurrency after dealing with Strategic Advisers, focus on the real transaction trail rather than the account balance shown on a website.

Preserve:

  1. Bank statements, transfer receipts and beneficiary details.
  2. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses, transaction hashes or TXIDs and the blockchain network used.
  3. Exchange withdrawal records.
  4. Screenshots from strategic-advisers.org or user.strategicadvisers.tech.
  5. Emails and messaging conversations.
  6. Names, telephone numbers and usernames used by representatives.
  7. Withdrawal requests and the responses received.
  8. Any subsequent request for additional money before a withdrawal can supposedly be completed.

If another payment is being demanded, do not assume that sending more money will resolve the withdrawal.

Requests described as tax, verification, AML, compliance, insurance, liquidity or release charges should be independently verified before payment. AssetVault is not stating that Strategic Advisers has used every one of these descriptions. Any particular payment demand should be established from the affected investor’s own records.

The important distinction is between a balance displayed by a platform and funds that can be independently traced.

For cryptocurrency, wallet addresses and TXIDs can show where the assets actually moved. For bank transfers, beneficiary and routing information can provide the starting point for examining the payment trail.

AssetVault applies the same transaction-first approach in investigations such as Finex Trade and its broader reporting on digital-asset investment scams.

AssetVault Assessment

Strategic Advisers is the subject of a direct regulatory warning tied to its exact websites.

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) says Strategic Advisers is not authorised to provide regulated investment services, including foreign-currency transactions, and is not authorised to carry out regulated crypto-asset service activities requiring prior authorisation.

The regulator specifically identifies strategic-advisers.org and user.strategicadvisers.tech.

Based on those findings, AssetVault considers Strategic Advisers a high-risk unauthorised financial-services operation.

Anyone who has already transferred money should stop additional payments, preserve the complete transaction and communication trail, and determine where the funds were actually sent.

Disclaimer

This article reports information published by Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and notes subsequent circulation by Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). The CNMV states that Strategic Advisers is not authorised for the investment and crypto-asset activities described in its warning. The FSMApublication circulates the Spanish warning and should not be presented as a separate enforcement action. AssetVault Recovery’s description of the operation as high-risk is its independent assessment of those regulatory findings.
