Tenvixplus.live Investigation: FCA Warning Raises Questions About the Trading Platform

AssetVault Recovery recently came across Tenvix Plus (tenvixplus.live) while reviewing newly reported online investment and trading platforms.

At first glance, the website presents itself as a financial trading operation.

Its public-facing material discusses trading financial products including:

  • Contracts for Difference (CFDs)
  • Stocks
  • Gold
  • Oil
  • Other financial instruments

The website even contains a risk warning discussing CFDs and other complex financial products.

For an investor visiting the site without conducting additional research, those features could make Tenvix Plus appear like another online brokerage or trading platform.

But AssetVault Recovery checked the exact domain against official regulatory records.

That search produced a very different picture.

On 20 July 2026, the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published an official warning concerning:

tenvixplus.live

The FCA states that the firm is not authorised and may be targeting people in the United Kingdom.

The regulator’s advice is direct:

Avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.

That regulatory finding became the central issue in our investigation.

What the FCA Reports About Tenvixplus.live

The official Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warning identifies:

Name: tenvixplus.live

Website: https://tenvixplus.live

Address: 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 5AB

Mobile: +7027064466

Email: support@tenvixplus.live

Regulatory status: Not authorised by the FCA

First published: 20 July 2026

Last updated: 20 July 2026

According to the FCA, the firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without the regulator’s permission.

The FCA further states that tenvixplus.live may be targeting people in the UK.

This is not simply an anonymous allegation appearing on an online discussion forum.

It is an official warning from the regulator responsible for overseeing financial services in the United Kingdom.

We Compared the FCA Warning With the Tenvix Plus Website

This is where the investigation becomes particularly important.

Tenvix Plus presents itself online as a trading operation.

Its website discusses financial products including CFDs and promotes trading involving stocks, gold, oil and other markets.

The website also displays a financial risk warning relating to CFDs and complex financial products.

But displaying a CFD risk warning does not establish that a company has regulatory permission to provide those services.

The relevant question is:

Is the company behind the website actually authorised to offer or promote these financial services?

For UK consumers, the FCA has provided an answer.

According to the Financial Conduct Authority:

tenvixplus.live is not authorised by the FCA.

That distinction is far more important than the professional appearance of a trading website.

A Canary Wharf Address Does Not Establish FCA Authorisation

One detail appearing in the FCA warning deserves particular attention.

The address provided for tenvixplus.live is:

1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB

Canary Wharf is one of London’s best-known financial districts.

For someone researching an unfamiliar trading platform, seeing a Canary Wharf address could naturally create an impression of financial credibility.

But an impressive business address is not a financial licence.

The FCA specifically warns consumers that some unauthorised firms may provide incorrect contact information.

This can include:

  • Postal addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses

The regulator also warns that unauthorised firms may sometimes provide details belonging to another business or individual so that their information appears genuine.

Therefore, investors should never use an address alone as evidence that a trading company is properly regulated.

The Telephone Number Also Deserves Attention

The FCA warning identifies the telephone number:

+7027064466

Anyone who has been contacted by a representative claiming to work for Tenvix Plus should compare the telephone number used during those communications with the information published by the FCA.

However, telephone numbers can change.

The FCA itself warns that unauthorised firms may change their contact details over time.

For that reason, investors should preserve:

  • Telephone numbers
  • WhatsApp numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Telegram usernames
  • Website domains

These identifiers can become useful when researching the history of an investment operation.

We Found the Warning in IOSCO’s International System

AssetVault Recovery also searched international regulatory records.

Tenvixplus.live appears in the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN investor-warning system.

IOSCO’s International Securities & Commodities Alerts Network distributes warnings received from securities regulators around the world.

The Tenvix Plus entry identifies:

tenvixplus.live

Website: https://tenvixplus.live

with the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority as the originating regulator.

There is an important distinction here.

This should not be described as a completely separate IOSCO enforcement action against Tenvix Plus.

The underlying warning originates from the FCA.

IOSCO makes the regulatory warning internationally accessible.

That is particularly useful when an online trading platform can potentially reach investors outside the country where the original warning was issued.

What Does “Not Authorised” Actually Mean?

The FCA states that almost all businesses and individuals carrying out or promoting regulated financial services in the United Kingdom must be authorised or registered.

According to the regulator, tenvixplus.live does not have that authorisation.

This has practical consequences for consumers.

The FCA states that someone dealing with the firm would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service if they wanted to complain.

The Financial Ombudsman Service provides independent dispute resolution for eligible complaints involving regulated financial businesses.

The FCA also states that consumers dealing with the firm would not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if something went wrong.

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) provides protection to eligible customers in certain circumstances involving authorised financial businesses.

Those protections should therefore not be assumed when dealing with Tenvix Plus.

How Investors Can Verify a Trading Platform

Before depositing money with an online trading company, UK consumers can independently check its regulatory status.

The FCA Firm Checker provides a straightforward way to check whether a financial firm is authorised and whether it has permission to provide particular services.

Investors can also consult the FCA Financial Services Register.

Do not simply search the company name.

Compare:

  • Exact legal company name
  • Website domain
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Registered address
  • FCA reference number
  • Financial services the company claims to provide

If a website displays a regulatory number, independently search that number through the regulator’s own database.

Do not rely on a screenshot or certificate provided by the trading platform itself.

We Also Checked Public Review Sources

AssetVault Recovery searched beyond regulatory databases to see what public information currently exists concerning tenvixplus.live.

A Trustpilot profile for tenvixplus.live has appeared.

However, at the time of our research, the profile contained only one review.

That is nowhere near enough public feedback to draw reliable conclusions about the platform based on Trustpilot alone.

The review is negative, but AssetVault Recovery does not use one anonymous consumer review as proof that a financial business is fraudulent.

There is already a considerably stronger source available:

The official FCA warning.

Public review websites can provide supplementary information, but they should never be treated as a substitute for financial regulatory records.

What About Reddit?

We also searched public discussions on Reddit.

At the time of our investigation, we did not find enough reliable Tenvixplus.live-specific Reddit discussion to justify presenting Reddit allegations as evidence against the platform.

There are many Reddit discussions concerning similar online trading and cryptocurrency investment schemes, but those discussions concern other operations.

AssetVault Recovery will not attribute complaints concerning unrelated investment platforms to Tenvix Plus simply because the circumstances sound similar.

That distinction matters.

For Tenvixplus.live, we already have direct evidence from the FCA.

There is no reason to strengthen an article artificially by attaching unrelated online complaints to it.

A Trading Dashboard Is Not Regulatory Evidence

An online trading platform can potentially display:

  • Market charts
  • Account balances
  • Open positions
  • Trading profits
  • CFD positions
  • Cryptocurrency holdings
  • Investment returns
  • Transaction histories

Those features can make an account appear convincing.

But they do not establish that the company operating the platform is authorised.

Nor does a displayed account balance independently establish that corresponding money is actually available for withdrawal.

The most important questions remain:

Who operates the platform?

Where is client money going?

Which regulator supervises the company?

Does the company have permission to provide the services being offered?

In the case of Tenvix Plus, UK consumers should take the FCA’s unauthorised-firm warning into account.

Already Transferred Money Through Tenvix Plus?

If you have already transferred funds through tenvixplus.live, preserve your evidence before doing anything else.

Save copies of:

  • Bank transfer confirmations
  • Credit or debit card transactions
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
  • Blockchain transaction hashes
  • Cryptocurrency exchange withdrawal records
  • Emails
  • WhatsApp conversations
  • Telegram conversations
  • SMS messages
  • Telephone numbers
  • Names used by representatives
  • Screenshots of your trading account
  • Trading statements
  • Withdrawal requests
  • Contracts or agreements
  • Requests for additional payments

Do not keep your only copies inside the Tenvix Plus account.

If access to an online platform is subsequently restricted, retrieving those records later may become difficult.

Be Careful If Withdrawal Requires Another Payment

If you request a withdrawal and are subsequently told that additional money must be paid before your funds can be released, independently verify the demand.

A payment might be described as:

  • Withdrawal tax
  • Regulatory fee
  • Insurance
  • Security deposit
  • Account verification charge
  • Commission
  • Administrative fee
  • Cryptocurrency network charge

Some legitimate financial transactions involve fees and taxes.

However, an unexpected demand for additional funds before an existing balance can supposedly be released deserves careful scrutiny.

If someone claims that the FCA, another regulator or a government agency requires the payment, contact that organisation independently through its official website.

Do not rely on contact information supplied by the person requesting the money.

Tenvix Plus Joins Other Recent FCA Cases We’ve Investigated

AssetVault Recovery has recently examined several investment and trading platforms after discovering them in FCA regulatory records.

Our investigation into Remendy Invest uncovered multiple FCA warning records involving the Remendy Invest name and different website domains.

Our review of Mutual Care Vault Trader similarly found an FCA unauthorised-firm warning.

We also investigated Wealthfinez.com after the FCA stated that the firm was unauthorised and may be targeting UK consumers.

Earlier AssetVault Recovery investigations include Sourced Development Group and Northbank Private Banking following FCA warnings.

These are separate operations.

Their presence on the same regulator’s warning list should not be interpreted as evidence that they are connected.

The relevance is that each case demonstrates why investors should check regulatory records before transferring money to an unfamiliar financial platform.

What AssetVault Recovery Found

Our investigation produced a direct contradiction that prospective investors should consider.

On one side:

Tenvixplus.live presents itself as a trading platform dealing with financial products including CFDs, stocks, gold and oil.

On the other:

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) states that:

tenvixplus.live is not authorised by the FCA and may be targeting people in the UK.

The regulator advises consumers:

Avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.

The warning was first published on 20 July 2026.

The FCA identifies:

Website: tenvixplus.live

Email: support@tenvixplus.live

Mobile: +7027064466

Address: 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB

The warning has also been made internationally accessible through the IOSCO I-SCAN investor-warning system.

For AssetVault Recovery, the FCA warning is considerably more important than the professional appearance of the website, the presence of trading terminology or the existence of a Canary Wharf address.

Anyone considering transferring funds through Tenvixplus.live should review the FCA warning first.

Anyone who has already transferred money should preserve transaction records and communications.

And anyone being asked to send additional funds before a withdrawal can supposedly be completed should independently verify that request before making another payment.
