Welkrotivax Investigation: What We Found Behind the AI Trading Claims
AssetVault Recovery recently came across Welkrotivax (welkrotivax-ai.nl) while reviewing online investment and AI-assisted trading platforms.
At first glance, the website presents itself confidently.
It promotes an AI-driven trading environment aimed at investors in the Netherlands, discusses cryptocurrency trading, advertises round-the-clock support and describes itself as an official platform for Dutch users.
The website also tells visitors that its services have coverage across more than 160 countries.
But rather than accepting those statements at face value, we checked the exact domain against financial regulatory records.
That search changed the picture completely.
The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) has issued an official warning concerning:
Welkrotivax
welkrotivax-ai.nl
The regulator advises consumers not to respond to offers from Welkrotivax.
More importantly, the AFM identifies the operation as a:
Suspected boiler room — a form of online investment fraud.
The warning was issued on 20 July 2026.
That direct contradiction between the website’s promotional presentation and the regulator’s assessment became the central focus of our investigation.
The AFM Warning Identifies the Exact Welkrotivax Domain
There is no ambiguity about which website appears in the Dutch regulator’s warning.
The official AFM warning for Welkrotivax identifies:
Name: Welkrotivax
Domain: https://welkrotivax-ai.nl/
Warning date: 20 July 2026
The AFM states that consumers should not respond to offers from Welkrotivax.
It further states that the company is suspected of being a boiler room, which the regulator describes as a form of online investment fraud.
This is important because our investigation did not merely uncover a warning against a company with a similar name.
The domain appearing in the AFM warning is the exact domain currently presenting the Welkrotivax trading platform.
We Then Looked at What Welkrotivax Says About Itself
Once we confirmed the AFM warning, AssetVault Recovery examined the public-facing website more closely.
The contrast is striking.
Welkrotivax describes itself as an online trading platform designed for users in the Netherlands.
The website presents the service as providing:
- AI-assisted trading tools
- Cryptocurrency market access
- Trading signals
- Algorithmic trading functionality
- Expert support
- A user-friendly trading interface
- 24/7 support
- International coverage
The website also describes itself as an official platform website for users in the Netherlands.
That wording deserves particular attention.
A website describing itself as “official” does not establish that it is authorised by a financial regulator.
There is a significant difference between a website presenting itself as an official trading platform and an operation being authorised to provide regulated financial services.
In this case, investors have an independent regulatory warning available to them.
The Dutch AFM identifies the exact website as a suspected boiler room.
The Website Encourages Users to Fund an Account
Another detail caught our attention.
The Welkrotivax website discusses users beginning with deposits in the region of €197 to €240.
It presents this as a relatively accessible way to activate or begin using the trading platform.
This type of low initial entry point can make an investment opportunity appear less intimidating.
A prospective investor might reason that the amount is small enough to test the service before committing more substantial funds.
However, when a financial regulator has already issued a boiler-room warning against the exact domain, the size of the requested initial deposit becomes secondary.
The more important question is:
Why transfer any money before resolving the regulatory warning?
Anyone considering funding an account through welkrotivax-ai.nl should review the AFM warning before proceeding.
The Website Makes Strong Claims About Its Trading Environment
Welkrotivax’s public-facing material uses language centred around technology, algorithms and artificial intelligence.
The platform promotes features involving:
- AI-driven market analysis
- Trading signals
- Automated or algorithm-assisted decision making
- Rapid market analysis
- Cryptocurrency trading
- Market data
- Trading tools
AI terminology has become increasingly common in online investment marketing.
But investors should remember something important:
Artificial intelligence does not provide regulatory authorisation.
A platform can use sophisticated terminology involving algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated trading without that establishing whether the company operating it is authorised to provide financial services.
Technology claims and regulatory status are completely separate questions.
We Checked the International Regulatory Trail
AssetVault Recovery then searched beyond the Netherlands.
The Welkrotivax warning has also entered the international regulatory warning system maintained by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN.
The international record identifies:
Welkrotivax
Website: https://welkrotivax-ai.nl/
Originating regulator: Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets – Netherlands
Date: 20 July 2026
This needs to be interpreted accurately.
IOSCO’s inclusion of Welkrotivax does not mean IOSCO conducted a separate investigation and independently issued another enforcement decision.
The originating regulator is the Dutch AFM.
IOSCO’s International Securities & Commodities Alerts Network helps distribute warnings received from securities regulators around the world.
That makes the Dutch warning easier for investors outside the Netherlands to discover.
Estonia’s Financial Regulator Also Carries the Warning
Our investigation found another regulatory trail.
Estonia’s Finantsinspektsioon also lists:
Welkrotivax (https://welkrotivax-ai.nl/)
The Estonian warning database identifies the originating country as the Netherlands.
Again, this should not be presented as an independent Estonian enforcement finding against Welkrotivax.
Instead, it demonstrates that the Dutch warning has been circulated through international regulatory channels.
This is significant because the Welkrotivax website itself claims international coverage.
An online investment platform can potentially reach investors well beyond the country associated with its website domain.
What Exactly Is a Boiler Room?
The terminology used by the AFM is important.
The regulator identifies Welkrotivax as a suspected boiler room.
Boiler rooms are associated with investment fraud operations in which people are persuaded to put money into questionable, worthless or nonexistent investment opportunities.
Contact may occur through:
- Telephone calls
- Telegram
- Social media
- Online advertisements
- Investment discussion groups
The person making contact may present themselves as:
- A broker
- Financial adviser
- Account manager
- Cryptocurrency specialist
- Investment analyst
- Portfolio manager
The approach may appear highly professional.
These are general characteristics associated with boiler-room investment fraud.
AssetVault Recovery is not claiming that every general behaviour described above has individually been established in connection with Welkrotivax.
Our specific finding is based on the regulator’s statement:
The Dutch AFM identifies Welkrotivax as a suspected boiler room and advises consumers not to respond to its offers.
We Found a Trustpilot Profile — But It Raises More Questions Than It Answers
AssetVault Recovery also checked public reputation sources.
A Trustpilot profile for welkrotivax-ai.nl exists.
At the time of our investigation, however, the profile contained only one review.
That review was negative.
But there is another reason we would advise readers to be extremely careful about drawing conclusions from it.
The review itself promotes a separate supposed recovery service.
That creates a completely different concern.
People who have lost money through an investment platform can become targets of recovery scams, where another person or business subsequently claims it can recover the lost funds.
For this reason, AssetVault Recovery does not recommend treating that single Trustpilot review as reliable evidence either for or against Welkrotivax.
The AFM warning is far more significant.
Trustpilot itself explains that reviews represent individual users’ opinions and that it does not fact-check the specific claims made in reviews.
Be Careful With Recovery Recommendations Inside Reviews
This deserves its own warning.
If you have lost money through an investment website, be extremely cautious when an online review recommends another company that supposedly recovered the reviewer’s money.
Recovery fraud can target people who have already suffered an investment loss.
Someone may claim:
- Your cryptocurrency has been located
- Your funds are frozen in a wallet
- A regulator has recovered your investment
- A forensic company can retrieve your money
- Your money can be released after another payment
Never send money simply because an anonymous reviewer claims a particular recovery company successfully retrieved their funds.
Independently investigate any recovery provider before sharing personal information or making payments.
Promotional Testimonials Should Also Be Treated Carefully
The Welkrotivax website itself contains highly positive testimonials describing experiences with the platform.
These testimonials discuss matters such as trading performance, market analysis and platform functionality.
But testimonials appearing on a company’s own website are marketing material.
They should not be confused with independent regulatory verification.
When a website’s promotional testimonials appear positive while an official regulator identifies the same domain as a suspected boiler room, investors should give substantially greater weight to the regulator’s warning.
What About Other Welkrotivax Websites?
During our broader search, AssetVault Recovery encountered other websites using the distinctive Welkrotivax name.
This creates another research issue.
Investors should not automatically assume that every website using the Welkrotivax name is controlled by the same people.
The official AFM warning specifically identifies:
welkrotivax-ai.nl
That is the domain we can directly connect to the regulator’s boiler-room warning.
Other websites using similar branding should be investigated individually.
Anyone dealing with a Welkrotivax-branded website should therefore preserve the exact URL rather than recording only the company name.
The difference between:
welkrotivax-ai.nl
and another Welkrotivax-branded domain could become important when checking regulatory records.
Search the Exact Domain, Not Just the Brand
This investigation demonstrates why exact-domain research matters.
If you have been approached by an investment platform, record:
- The complete website URL
- Email addresses
- Telephone numbers
- WhatsApp numbers
- Telegram usernames
- Names used by representatives
- Company registration numbers
- Bank beneficiary names
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
Then search those identifiers independently.
Company names can be duplicated.
Websites can change.
Domains can disappear.
Exact identifiers can reveal information that a simple brand-name search misses.
Already Invested Through Welkrotivax?
If you have already transferred funds through welkrotivax-ai.nl, preserve all available records.
Save:
- Bank transfer confirmations
- Debit or credit card transactions
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
- Blockchain transaction hashes
- Cryptocurrency exchange withdrawal records
- Emails
- WhatsApp messages
- Telegram conversations
- SMS messages
- Telephone numbers
- Names used by representatives
- Screenshots of your account
- Trading statements
- Displayed account balances
- Withdrawal requests
- Agreements or contracts
- Requests for additional payments
Do not leave your only copies inside the Welkrotivax account.
If access to an online account subsequently disappears or becomes restricted, obtaining those records later may become difficult.
A Displayed Profit Is Not the Same as a Successful Withdrawal
This distinction is particularly important with online trading platforms.
A dashboard can display:
€5,000
€20,000
or even:
€100,000
in supposed account value.
That does not independently establish that corresponding money is actually available to the investor.
The real question is whether funds can successfully leave the platform and return to an account controlled by the investor.
If a withdrawal request is refused or delayed, investigate before transferring additional money.
Be Cautious If Another Payment Is Required
If you request a withdrawal and are subsequently told that additional money must be paid first, stop and verify the demand independently.
The requested payment might be described as:
- Tax
- Withdrawal fee
- Insurance
- Regulatory charge
- Security deposit
- Verification payment
- Account upgrade
- Commission
- Cryptocurrency gas fee
- Administrative charge
Some legitimate financial transactions involve fees and taxes.
But an unexpected demand for additional money before existing funds can supposedly be released deserves careful scrutiny.
If someone claims that the AFM, another regulator or a tax authority requires the payment, contact that organisation independently using information from its official website.
Welkrotivax Is Part of a Wider Group of Recent AFM Warnings We’ve Investigated
AssetVault Recovery has recently examined several online investment operations after finding them in Dutch regulatory records.
Our investigation into Blue Fire Consulting found an AFM warning identifying the operation as a suspected boiler room.
Our review of Prominent Hold Global similarly uncovered an AFM suspected-boiler-room warning.
We also investigated IFC Investing after finding its name in the Dutch regulator’s warning database.
Earlier investigations into Profitierex and Avaleap also led us to AFM regulatory warnings.
These are separate entities.
Their appearance in the same regulator’s warning database does not establish that they are connected.
What these cases demonstrate is how useful official regulator searches can be when assessing an unfamiliar investment platform.
What AssetVault Recovery Found Most Concerning
Our investigation into Welkrotivax produced an unusually direct contrast.
On one side is welkrotivax-ai.nl itself.
The website presents an AI-powered trading service, describes itself as an official platform for Dutch users, promotes trading tools and international availability, and encourages users to begin funding an account.
On the other side is the Netherlands’ financial regulator.
The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) identifies the exact same domain:
welkrotivax-ai.nl
and states that Welkrotivax is:
Suspected of being a boiler room — a form of online investment fraud.
The AFM advises consumers:
Do not respond to offers from Welkrotivax.
The warning has also been circulated internationally through the IOSCO I-SCAN investor-warning network and appears in Estonia’s Finantsinspektsioon warning database as a warning originating from the Netherlands.
For AssetVault Recovery, the regulatory warning against the exact domain outweighs promotional language, website testimonials and claims made by the platform about itself.
Anyone considering transferring money through welkrotivax-ai.nl should review the AFM warning before proceeding.
Anyone who has already transferred money should preserve transaction records and communications.
And anyone experiencing withdrawal problems should independently verify any request for additional payments before sending further funds.

Disclaimer
This investigation is based primarily on publicly available regulatory information published by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
We also reviewed international warning information available through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) I-SCAN and Estonia’s Finantsinspektsioon, together with publicly available website and consumer-review information.
References to Trustpilot and other public-review sources are provided as supplementary research information. Reviews represent individual users’ opinions and should not be treated as equivalent to an official regulatory finding.
