Hestia Invest (hestiainvest.com) Scam Warning: UK and Canadian Regulators Flag the Platform
If you deposited money through Hestia Invest or hestiainvest.com and are now searching for confirmation that something is wrong, there are two separate regulatory warnings you need to know about.
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority warned about Hestia Invest in August 2026 and told consumers to avoid dealing with the firm and beware of scams. Then, on 10 September 2026, the Ontario Securities Commission in Canada warned that Hestia Invest is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
The regulators identify the same core website: hestiainvest.com.
AssetVault Recovery’s investigation also found something particularly concerning: Hestia Invest has been associated with a supposed regulatory or membership page hosted at digitalcryptocommission.org. An official-looking certificate or membership page does not override warnings issued by actual financial regulators.
AssetVault’s finding: Hestia Invest should be treated as a high-risk, unauthorised investment operation. If you have already deposited, we advise against sending additional money in an attempt to release an existing balance.

Two Regulators Have Now Warned About Hestia Invest
This is not a case involving one isolated regulatory alert.
On 6 August 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identified Hestiainvest / Hestia Invest as an unauthorised firm that may be providing or promoting financial services without permission.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) tells consumers plainly: avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.
Just over a month later, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued its own warning. The Canadian regulator states that Hestia Invest, also known as HestiaInvest, is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
The Canadian warning has also been distributed through the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) investor-alert system.
The FCA Connects Four Websites to Hestia Invest
The UK warning gives us considerably more than the main domain. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) connects Hestia Invest with:
- hestiainvest.com
- hestiainvest.vercel.app
- webtrader.internetportal.info
- onthestay.com
This matters to victims because the website where someone first encountered an investment offer may not be the same URL used for the trading dashboard or subsequent account activity.
If your account was moved between any of these domains, preserve screenshots showing each URL. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has already associated all four with the same unauthorised operation.
We have seen similar multi-domain structures during other AssetVault investigations, including Firm Apex Trades, where identifying the exact website used by a victim became an important part of understanding the operation.
What Is the “Digital Crypto Commission” Page?
The Canadian warning introduces another important piece of evidence.
The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) identifies not only HestiaInvest.com, but also the following URL:
digitalcryptocommission.org/members/hestiainvest/index.html
That page presents Hestia Invest through something called the Digital Crypto Commission. This kind of presentation can be extremely persuasive to an inexperienced investor because a membership or certification page can look like independent verification.
But the regulatory facts carry substantially more weight. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says Hestia Invest is unauthorised, while the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) says it is not registered to trade securities in Ontario.
An online certificate, membership listing or regulatory-looking webpage should never be treated as a substitute for verification through the official register of the regulator responsible for supervising the financial activity.
This issue resembles the regulatory-identity contradictions AssetVault found while investigating BVF Capital, where the apparent corporate presentation had to be separated from independently verifiable regulatory facts.
Hestia Invest’s Corporate Identity Raises More Questions
Independent examination of Hestia Invest’s published documents has also identified inconsistencies surrounding the company supposedly operating the platform.
The main website’s terms reportedly identify Hestiainvest Limited as the contracting party, while another Hestia Invest-associated website identified by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has presented a differently styled HESTIA LIMITED identity.
References across the platform’s materials have also pointed toward different jurisdictions. For an investor, that makes a simple question unnecessarily difficult to answer: which legally registered and financially regulated company actually received the investment?
The regulatory warnings resolve the more immediate question. Whatever corporate identity is presented online, neither the UK nor Ontario warning recognises Hestia Invest as authorised to conduct the regulated activity covered by those regulators.
An Older Domain Does Not Cancel the Warnings
Hestiainvest.com is unusual compared with many investment websites AssetVault investigates because the domain itself is not only a few weeks old. Public WHOIS information indicates that it was originally registered in February 2022, although the registrant information is privacy protected.
That should not be interpreted as evidence that the current investment operation has been trading continuously since 2022. Domains can remain unused, be parked, change hands or later be repurposed.
This distinction is important because automated website-checking services sometimes give substantial weight to domain age, SSL certificates and technical characteristics. Those signals cannot establish financial authorisation.
When an actual financial regulator has identified the exact domain, the regulatory warning is substantially more relevant than an automated website trust score.
Already Invested? Your Dashboard Balance Is Not the Main Evidence
If Hestia Invest shows that your investment has generated substantial profits but you cannot withdraw the money, focus first on the payments you actually made.
Preserve cryptocurrency transaction hashes and receiving wallet addresses, bank-transfer receipts, card-payment records, emails, telephone numbers, WhatsApp or Telegram conversations, screenshots of your account and every withdrawal request.
If cryptocurrency was used, blockchain analysis may help establish where the real assets moved after leaving your wallet or exchange. A number displayed on a trading dashboard does not independently prove that corresponding assets exist.
This distinction between a displayed account balance and the real transaction trail has been central to AssetVault investigations including Intrade24 and Vinvory Capital.

Do Not Keep Paying to Unlock a Hestia Invest Withdrawal
This is particularly important if your problem started when you requested a withdrawal.
If someone connected with Hestia Invest says you must make another payment for tax, liquidity, insurance, account verification, compliance, wallet activation or another supposed requirement before your existing balance can be released, do not assume paying it will result in a withdrawal.
Repeated payment demands can turn an initial investment loss into a much larger one.
The same principle applies if someone later contacts you claiming they can instantly recover the money in exchange for cryptocurrency or another advance payment. Victims of investment schemes can be targeted again after the original loss.
AssetVault has examined similar problems involving regulatory claims and investor deposits in cases such as VenturoFX.
AssetVault’s Finding on hestiainvest.com
The evidence surrounding Hestia Invest is stronger than a collection of negative online reviews.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has identified Hestia Invest and hestiainvest.com as an unauthorised operation, connected it to several additional websites and explicitly told consumers to avoid the firm and beware of scams.
The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) subsequently identified the same Hestia Invest brand and hestiainvest.com domain and confirmed that it is not registered in Ontario to engage in securities trading. That warning is also circulated through the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).
The Canadian warning additionally identifies the Digital Crypto Commission page associated with Hestia Invest, while the UK warning establishes a wider network of web addresses connected with the operation.
Based on these regulatory findings and AssetVault Recovery’s examination of the platform’s regulatory and corporate presentation, we consider hestiainvest.com an unsafe, high-risk investment website. Investors should not send Hestia Invest additional money.
That is AssetVault Recovery’s independent investigative assessment. The precise official findings remain that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) identifies Hestia Invest as unauthorised and the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) says it is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
Lost Money to Hestia Invest? Here’s the Next Step
If you transferred money after dealing with hestiainvest.com, the immediate objective should be preserving and examining the actual transaction trail.
AssetVault Recovery can review available cryptocurrency transfers, receiving wallet addresses, bank-payment information and communications to determine what can be established about the movement of the funds. Where cryptocurrency was used, subsequent blockchain movements may provide additional evidence about where assets travelled after the initial transfer.

A case assessment does not guarantee recovery. Whether a viable recovery pathway exists depends on how the payments were made, the available evidence, the accounts or wallets that received the funds and what happened to those funds afterwards.
No upfront recovery fees. Fees are payable only after a successful recovery.
