Landix Group (landix.group) Review: Unlicensed Broker Warning

Landix Group presented itself as a global financial-market operation focused on investment analysis, international diversification and technology-supported research. But investors searching for landix.group now face a very different picture: the platform has been officially listed as unlicensed in Australia, its warning has circulated through IOSCO, and the website that promoted the operation is no longer functioning as an investment platform.

On 7 September 2026, MoneySmart, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), added Landix Group (landix.group) to its Investor Alert List.

The regulator classifies Landix Group as Unlicensed. AssetVault Recovery investigated what was behind the operation and found several additional warning signs that prospective investors and anyone who has already deposited should know about.

Landix Group Was Promoting a Global Investment Operation

Before the regulatory warning appeared, Landix Group was building the image of a sophisticated international financial business.

On 18 August 2026, promotional material announced an expanded “2026 growth strategy” for LandixGroup. The operation was presented as focusing on global financial markets, international diversification, asset allocation, technology-supported research and disciplined risk management.

The promotion discussed currencies, equities, fixed income, commodities, artificial intelligence, financial technology, cybersecurity and other international investment sectors.

However, this was not independent financial reporting about Landix Group. The publication itself identifies the material as a paid press release and states that corporate, operational and service-related information was supplied for publication.

That distinction matters. Paid promotional coverage can give an unfamiliar investment operation greater visibility, but it does not independently establish that the company is licensed, regulated or even operating at the scale suggested by its marketing.

AssetVault encountered the same need to separate presentation from independently verifiable facts while investigating ApexTradex Markets (apextradexmarkets.com), where substantial trading claims ultimately had to be measured against the platform’s regulatory status.

Where Is Landix Group’s Financial Licence?

The central problem uncovered during our review is regulatory authorization.

Independent broker checks reported that landix.group provided no clear regulatory disclosure establishing the financial licence under which the operation was conducting investment business.

Searches conducted against the registers of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Australia’s Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) reportedly found no matching authorised Landix Group financial firm based on the details examined.

The Australian position has now become much clearer: MoneySmart, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), has formally placed Landix Group on its Investor Alert List as Unlicensed.

This is why an investor should never rely on sophisticated financial terminology, international telephone numbers, promotional articles or an impressive website as evidence that a financial business is authorised.

A similar issue emerged during AssetVault’s investigation of Firm Apex Trades (firmapextrades.com), where the international image presented by the operation could not substitute for independently established regulatory permission.

Who Is “Lightening Ventures”?

Another detail makes the Landix Group warning particularly interesting.

The regulatory data associated with the warning connects Landix Group (landix.group) with the name Lightening Ventures.

This alternative or associated identity is important for anyone who has already dealt with the platform.

If your investment documents, payment instructions, bank beneficiary details, cryptocurrency communications or account correspondence contain the name Lightening Ventures, preserve those records.

Investors should search both identities when reconstructing what happened:

  • Landix Group
  • landix.group
  • Lightening Ventures

Multiple names can complicate an investigation because the name displayed on an investment website may differ from the name appearing on a payment instruction or other financial record.

AssetVault encountered the importance of alternative business identities in its investigation of bvfcapital.com, where determining the actual operation behind the website was more important than accepting the corporate identity presented to investors.

ASIC / MoneySmart Lists Landix Group as Unlicensed

The strongest independent evidence against Landix Group comes from Australia’s official investor-warning system.

On 7 September 2026, MoneySmart, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), listed Landix Group (landix.group) as Unlicensed.

MoneySmart explains that unlicensed entities on its alert list may be offering financial products or services to Australian consumers without holding the required Australian Financial Services licence, credit licence or authorization from a licence holder.

That finding should carry considerably more weight than promotional statements published by or on behalf of the investment operation.

IOSCO Has Circulated the Landix Group Warning

The Landix Group warning has also entered the international I-SCAN regulatory network maintained by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

The international warning data identifies Landix Group (landix.group) / Lightening Ventures, the domain landix.group, Australia and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as the originating regulatory authority. The warning is dated 7 September 2026.

The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) listing represents international circulation of the Australian warning rather than a separate investigation by IOSCO.

Its inclusion is nevertheless significant because an online investment operation can solicit investors well beyond the jurisdiction where the original warning was issued.

landix.group Has Now Disappeared as an Investment Website

AssetVault found another development that may be particularly important to existing clients.

landix.group no longer appears to be operating as the investment website previously associated with Landix Group.

Current technical records show the domain resolving to a parked page hosted through Sedo. In other words, visitors attempting to reach the former investment operation are no longer presented with the financial platform.

This development comes shortly after Landix Group was being actively promoted through paid financial-market publicity in August 2026 and before or around the period in which the regulatory warning appeared.

A website becoming inactive does not, by itself, prove fraud. But when an investment platform disappears, the change becomes extremely important for anyone who previously transferred funds through it.

If you held a balance on landix.group and can no longer access the original platform, preserve screenshots, emails, account statements and transaction records rather than relying on the website remaining available.

This is particularly important because, as AssetVault explained in its investigation of Intrade24 (intrade24.com), figures displayed inside an investment account are not a substitute for independently verifiable records showing where the investor’s money was actually transferred.

AssetVault Recovery’s Assessment of Landix Group

The evidence surrounding Landix Group creates a concerning timeline.

In August 2026, LandixGroup was being promoted through paid publicity as an operation pursuing an expanded global financial-market strategy involving international investment analysis, technology and portfolio diversification.

Independent regulatory checks subsequently found no verifiable authorization for the financial operation, and on 7 September 2026, MoneySmart, operated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), officially classified Landix Group as Unlicensed.

The warning, which also connects the operation with Lightening Ventures, has since circulated internationally through the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

Now, landix.group is no longer operating as the investment website and appears to be a parked domain.

This sequence resembles warning patterns AssetVault has documented in investigations such as Vinvory Capital (vinvory-capital.com), where the professional financial image presented to investors ultimately had to be tested against independent regulatory evidence.

Based on the Australian regulatory warning, the absence of verifiable financial authorization, the associated Lightening Ventures identity, the promotional activity surrounding the operation and the subsequent disappearance of the investment website, AssetVault Recovery considers Landix Group to display serious characteristics consistent with an investment scam.

Investors should not send money to anyone claiming to represent Landix Group or Lightening Ventures without independently establishing who is receiving the funds and what regulatory authorization they hold.

This is AssetVault Recovery’s independent assessment. The formal Australian regulatory record classifies Landix Group as Unlicensed.

Already Invested Through landix.group?

If you previously deposited through Landix Group and the website is no longer available, preserve every piece of evidence connected with your account.

Keep bank-transfer confirmations, card statements, cryptocurrency transaction hashes, wallet addresses, emails, telephone numbers, WhatsApp or Telegram conversations, account screenshots and withdrawal correspondence.

Also preserve any documents or payment instructions referring to Lightening Ventures.

Do not send additional money to anyone who contacts you claiming that a tax, verification charge, insurance payment, commission or release fee is required to recover or withdraw your existing balance.

If cryptocurrency was used, the blockchain transaction may still provide a traceable record of where the funds moved even though the original investment website is no longer active.
