Swiss Investment Company SA (swissinvestmentsa.ch) Scam Warning: FINMA Exposes False Company Link
swissinvestmentsa.ch is a scam investment website that investors should avoid. Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) placed the website on its warning list on September 14, 2026 and made an especially important finding: swissinvestmentsa.ch has no connection to the genuine Swiss Investment Company SA registered in Geneva.
That finding directly contradicts what the website tells investors. swissinvestmentsa.ch openly introduces itself with the statement “We’re Swiss Investment Company SA” and publishes the genuine company’s Swiss identification number, CHE-485.054.271. Yet FINMA specifically identifies CHE-485.054.271 as belonging to the registered Geneva company that is not related to the website.
This is not a minor discrepancy over an address or company spelling. The website is presenting itself to potential investors using the identity and registration details of a real Swiss company while Switzerland’s financial regulator expressly says there is no connection between them.
AssetVault Recovery therefore considers swissinvestmentsa.ch an investment scam involving apparent corporate identity misuse. Do not send money, cryptocurrency or personal financial information to the operators of this website.
FINMA Says swissinvestmentsa.ch Is Not the Genuine Swiss Company
The FINMA warning was published on September 14, 2026 and identifies the exact domain swissinvestmentsa.ch.
FINMA lists Geneva as the location associated with the website but records the operation as having no entry in the Swiss Commercial Register.
The regulator then makes the crucial distinction:
swissinvestmentsa.ch is not related to Swiss Investment Company SA, Geneva, which is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under CHE-485.054.271.
That clarification protects investors from making a dangerous assumption. Finding a genuine Swiss company with the same name does not authenticate the website.
It also protects the real Swiss Investment Company SA from being confused with the operators of the warned domain. AssetVault’s investigation concerns swissinvestmentsa.ch, not the genuine company whose identity appears to have been appropriated.
The Website Claims the Exact Identity FINMA Says Is Unrelated
AssetVault reviewed the website’s own presentation. The contradiction with the regulatory warning is unusually direct.
The site does not merely use a vaguely similar investment name. It tells visitors:
“We’re Swiss Investment Company SA, an independent investment firm based in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland.”
At the bottom of the website, it displays:
- SWISS INVESTMENT COMPANY SA®
- UID/VAT number: CHE-485.054.271
- Commercial register number: CH-660.0.997.011-3
But FINMA specifically says the website is not related to the genuine Swiss Investment Company SA associated with CHE-485.054.271.
That transforms the registration number from something that might reassure an investor into one of the most important warning signs in the investigation.
A victim performing a quick Google search could see the company name and Swiss registration details, discover that a business with those details genuinely exists, and conclude that the investment website has passed a basic legitimacy check.
FINMA’s warning shows why that conclusion would be wrong.
A Swiss Company Number Does Not Authenticate swissinvestmentsa.ch
Corporate identity misuse can make an investment scam considerably more convincing than an entirely fictitious company.
Instead of inventing a business that produces no results when investors search for it, scammers can present details associated with an existing company. A victim searching the name, registration number or location may then encounter genuine corporate records.
But those records prove only that the real company exists. They do not prove that the website soliciting the investment belongs to that company.
This distinction has appeared in other AssetVault investigations. Our BVF Capital identity-theft investigation examined how genuine corporate information can be used to make an unrelated investment operation appear legitimate.
In the present case, investors do not have to infer that something is wrong from technical clues alone. FINMA has expressly separated swissinvestmentsa.ch from the genuine registered company.
What swissinvestmentsa.ch Is Offering Investors
The website presents an image of an established Geneva investment business with activity across several lucrative sectors.
It promotes investments involving real estate, oil and gas, cryptocurrency and finance. Its marketing describes intelligent financing solutions, international market expertise, flexible funding, high-value property investments, strategic crypto exposure and opportunities involving blockchain technology.
For real estate, the website promotes what it calls reliable returns through stable, asset-backed investment opportunities. For cryptocurrency, it describes a research-driven approach to blockchain investments and long-term exposure to digital assets.
The site also claims extensive investment experience and says its team can serve clients in Arabic, English and German.
Visitors are shown apparent company personnel, including Aliya Guimalova-Tul’skiy as Director, I.J. Buburuz as CEO and Ionis Alexcu as Development Manager.
All of this contributes to the appearance of a conventional Swiss investment company.
But the central issue remains unchanged: the Swiss regulator says the domain presenting this corporate identity is not connected to the genuine Swiss Investment Company SA.
This is why AssetVault repeatedly warns against judging investment websites by professional presentation. In our Firm Apex Trades investigation, corporate-looking information and investment terminology similarly had to be separated from independently verifiable facts.
The Geneva Address Does Not Solve the Identity Problem
swissinvestmentsa.ch gives its contact address as:
Chemin des Clochettes 14
1206 Genève, Switzerland
It also uses the email address info@swissinvestmentsa.ch.
Geneva is one of the world’s best-known financial centres, and a Swiss address can understandably make an investment proposition appear more credible.
But an address cannot override a regulator’s finding.
FINMA records Geneva in its warning but simultaneously states that the website has no corresponding commercial-register entry and is not related to the registered Swiss Investment Company SA.
An investor should therefore not treat the Swiss address, company number or Geneva branding as evidence that money sent through swissinvestmentsa.ch is being received or managed by the genuine company.
Already Paid swissinvestmentsa.ch? Focus on Where the Money Actually Went
If you have already invested through swissinvestmentsa.ch, the most important evidence now is not the company’s name, the investment portfolio displayed to you or the profits supposedly accumulated in an online account.
Follow the real payment.
If you paid by bank transfer, preserve:
- the beneficiary name;
- IBAN and account details;
- the receiving bank;
- transfer references;
- dates and exact amounts; and
- bank statements or transfer confirmations.
If you paid in cryptocurrency, preserve:
- transaction hashes or TXIDs;
- receiving wallet addresses;
- the cryptocurrency transferred;
- the blockchain network;
- exchange withdrawal records; and
- all instructions showing who told you where to send the assets.
Also save emails, WhatsApp or Telegram conversations, telephone numbers, investment agreements, screenshots, identity documents you supplied and any withdrawal correspondence.
This transaction-first approach is also central to our Intrade24 investigation. The investment website controls what appears on its own dashboard. It does not control the independent record created when money moves through a bank or public blockchain.
Do Not Send More Money to “Release” Your Investment
Victims searching for swissinvestmentsa.ch may already have reached the point where they are unable to withdraw their supposed investment balance.
If you are being asked to make another payment before funds can be released, do not automatically pay it.
This includes demands described as:
- Swiss tax;
- capital-gains tax;
- withdrawal commission;
- AML verification;
- account insurance;
- liquidity requirements;
- crypto wallet verification;
- blockchain release charges; or
- security deposits.
Preserve the demand instead.
If someone claims a payment is required by a Swiss regulator, tax authority, bank or compliance department, that claim should be independently verified rather than accepted because it appears on a document bearing Swiss-looking branding.
Our Vinvory Capital investigation similarly explains why additional payment demands can become critical evidence once an investor begins trying to recover supposedly available funds.
Why This Scam Is More Convincing Than an Anonymous Trading Website
The danger presented by swissinvestmentsa.ch is precisely that it does not look anonymous at first glance.
It gives investors a Swiss company name. It claims Geneva as its home. It displays a Swiss UID number and commercial-register number. It identifies supposed executives. It describes investment activity across traditional and digital assets.
An investor could reasonably believe that several independent pieces of information support one another.
But FINMA’s warning breaks that chain.
The company registration exists—but FINMA says it belongs to an unrelated company.
The Swiss company name exists—but FINMA says the website is not connected to that company.
The website presents itself as Swiss Investment Company SA—but FINMA lists swissinvestmentsa.ch separately on its warning list with no corresponding commercial-register entry.
This is why checking only whether a company name exists is insufficient when investigating an online investment.
The exact domain, legal entity, regulator record and destination of investor funds must connect to one another.
AssetVault’s Verdict on swissinvestmentsa.ch
AssetVault Recovery considers swissinvestmentsa.ch a scam investment website involving apparent misuse of a genuine Swiss corporate identity.
The decisive evidence comes from FINMA.
The regulator says swissinvestmentsa.ch is not related to the genuine Swiss Investment Company SA in Geneva. Yet the website tells investors that it is Swiss Investment Company SA and displays CHE-485.054.271—the registration identifier FINMA attributes to that unrelated genuine company.
That contradiction is fundamental. It concerns the identity of the business asking investors to trust it with their money.
Do not send money or cryptocurrency to swissinvestmentsa.ch. If you have already paid, do not send additional funds merely because someone promises that another payment will unlock your investment or withdrawal.
Lost Money to swissinvestmentsa.ch? Review Your Recovery Options
If you have already transferred funds, begin with the actual transaction trail rather than the investment balance displayed by the website.
AssetVault can review cryptocurrency transaction hashes, receiving wallets, exchange records and blockchain movements to examine where digital assets were transferred. For bank payments, beneficiary details, receiving accounts and transfer documentation can help establish where the money actually went.
The sooner those records are preserved, the more complete the evidence available for assessment.
