SwissWealthManagement Ltd. (swiss-wm.ai) Scam Warning: AFM Flags Suspected Boiler Room
SwissWealthManagement Ltd., operating through swiss-wm.ai, is an investment platform that investors should avoid. The Netherlands’ financial regulator has identified the exact website as belonging to an operation suspected of being a boiler room—a form of online investment fraud.
On September 4, 2026, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned consumers not to accept offers from SwissWealthManagement Ltd. The warning identifies swiss-wm.ai, a Zurich address, a New York address, a Swiss telephone number and the email address support@swiss-wm.ai.
There is also an older regulatory history surrounding the SwissWealthManagement name. In December 2025, regulators in Spain and Québec warned about SwissWealthManagement/Swiss Wealth Management using the different domains swisswealthm.ai, swisswealthm.com and swisswealthm.net.
The domain difference is important. AssetVault has not found sufficient official evidence to state as fact that swiss-wm.ai and the three older domains were operated by exactly the same people. But the close branding and regulatory history make the earlier warnings highly relevant when assessing the newer SwissWealthManagement Ltd. operation.
AssetVault Recovery considers SwissWealthManagement Ltd. and swiss-wm.ai a scam investment operation. Investors should stop sending money or cryptocurrency to the platform and preserve all evidence relating to existing payments.

AFM Warns Against SwissWealthManagement Ltd. and swiss-wm.ai
The Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) published its warning on September 4, 2026.
The regulator identifies:
- Name: SwissWealthManagement Ltd.
- Domain: swiss-wm.ai
- Email: support@swiss-wm.ai
- Telephone: +41 41 701 13 73
- United States address: 1285 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019
- Swiss address: Bahnhofstrasse 45, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland
Most importantly, the AFM says SwissWealthManagement Ltd. is suspected of being a boiler room and tells consumers not to accept its offers.
This warning concerns the exact domain swiss-wm.ai. Anyone who has been approached by that website should therefore not dismiss the warning as involving an unrelated company with a similar name.
Swiss Wealth Management Was Already on Regulators’ Radar in 2025
The SwissWealthManagement name did not first appear in regulatory warnings in September 2026.
On December 22, 2025, Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) warned about SWISSWEALTHMANAGEMENT / SWISS WEALTH MANAGEMENT / SWISSWEALTH. The Spanish regulator said the operation was not authorised to provide the investment services covered by its warning.
The websites identified at that time were:
- swisswealthm.ai
- swisswealthm.com
- swisswealthm.net
Eight days later, on December 30, 2025, Québec’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF Québec) published its own warning concerning Swiss Wealth Management.
The Canadian regulator identified the same three domains and stated that Swiss Wealth Management was not registered with the regulator and was not authorised to solicit investors in Québec.
AMF Québec also recorded other business names associated with its warning: SwissWealthManagement, SwissWealth and SwissWealthManagement LLC.
Then a New SwissWealthManagement Domain Appeared in the AFM Warning
The 2026 Dutch warning creates an important investigative question.
The earlier Spanish and Canadian warnings concerned swisswealthm.ai, swisswealthm.com and swisswealthm.net. The September 2026 AFM warning concerns swiss-wm.ai.
The branding is strikingly similar:
- Swiss Wealth Management
- SwissWealthManagement
- SwissWealthManagement LLC
- SwissWealthManagement Ltd.
But similar branding is not enough to prove common ownership or operation. AssetVault therefore does not present swiss-wm.ai as a confirmed replacement domain for the earlier websites without stronger technical or regulatory evidence connecting them.
What can be established is that investors encountered regulatory warnings against the SwissWealthManagement name and closely related branding in late 2025, and in September 2026 the Dutch regulator warned against a SwissWealthManagement Ltd. operation using another domain.
For someone considering an investment through swiss-wm.ai, that history substantially increases the importance of independent verification.
Swiss Branding and a Bahnhofstrasse Address Do Not Establish Legitimacy
The newer operation uses a Swiss telephone number and lists Bahnhofstrasse 45, 8001 Zurich.
Bahnhofstrasse is one of Zurich’s best-known commercial and financial streets. An address there can give an investment website a strong appearance of Swiss financial credibility.
But an address does not prove that the operators of a website are licensed investment professionals, physically operating from that location or authorised to manage investor money.
The same applies to the New York address identified by the AFM.
Investors should independently verify the legal entity behind a website, its regulatory status and the individuals controlling it rather than relying on prestigious locations, international telephone numbers or financial terminology.
AssetVault encountered an even more explicit Swiss identity problem in its Swiss Investment Company SA investigation, where FINMA stated that a warned website was not related to the genuine Swiss company whose identity it appeared to invoke.
Do Not Confuse a Trading Dashboard With Money You Can Withdraw
Someone who has already invested through swiss-wm.ai may see trades, profits or an increasing account balance.
Those figures should not be treated as independent evidence that equivalent assets are being held for the investor.
A website controls the numbers displayed inside its own platform. The stronger evidence is the actual payment that left the investor’s bank account, cryptocurrency exchange or wallet.
If $20,000 was transferred and the account later displays $75,000, investigators should first establish where the real $20,000 went.
This distinction is especially important once withdrawals become difficult or additional payments are requested.
AssetVault discussed the same principle in its GetLiquid365 investigation, another case where the AFM identified an online investment operation as a suspected boiler room.
Do Not Send More Money to Unlock a Withdrawal
If SwissWealthManagement Ltd. is refusing or delaying a withdrawal, be extremely cautious about sending another payment.
Do not automatically pay a supposed:
- withdrawal fee;
- tax or capital-gains charge;
- broker commission;
- AML verification payment;
- insurance charge;
- liquidity deposit;
- account-unlocking fee; or
- blockchain or wallet release charge.
If such a payment has already been requested, preserve the instructions. The bank account, beneficiary name, cryptocurrency wallet address, invoice or message associated with the demand may become important evidence.
Do not allow the size of a displayed account balance to pressure you into sending more money. A promised withdrawal is not evidence that the funds will actually be released after another payment.
Already Paid swiss-wm.ai? Preserve the Transaction Trail
Victims should preserve the evidence showing exactly how money reached SwissWealthManagement Ltd.
For bank transfers, retain beneficiary names, receiving banks, account numbers or IBANs, SWIFT information, payment references, dates and amounts.
For cryptocurrency transfers, preserve:
- transaction hashes or TXIDs;
- receiving wallet addresses;
- the cryptocurrency transferred;
- the blockchain network;
- exchange withdrawal records; and
- messages containing payment instructions.
Also preserve emails from support@swiss-wm.ai, telephone records involving +41 41 701 13 73, WhatsApp or Telegram conversations, account screenshots, contracts and withdrawal requests.
Blockchain transactions may allow subsequent movement of cryptocurrency to be examined. Bank records may help identify recipient accounts and institutions involved in the payment chain. Neither approach guarantees recovery, but both provide evidence independent of the investment website.
AssetVault’s Verdict on SwissWealthManagement Ltd.
The regulatory evidence against swiss-wm.ai is direct.
The Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) identifies the exact domain and warns consumers not to accept offers from SwissWealthManagement Ltd., describing the operation as a suspected boiler room—a form of online investment fraud.
The broader name also carries a regulatory history. Spain’s CNMV and AMF Québec warned about SwissWealthManagement/Swiss Wealth Management operations using different domains in December 2025.
Those older warnings do not by themselves prove that the operators behind the older websites and swiss-wm.ai are identical. But they make the recurrence of closely related SwissWealthManagement branding impossible to ignore when assessing the newer AFM warning.
AssetVault Recovery considers SwissWealthManagement Ltd. and swiss-wm.ai a scam investment operation. Investors should avoid the platform and should not send additional money in response to withdrawal or account-release demands.

Disclaimer
This investigation is provided for scam-awareness, investor-education and informational purposes. The Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) identifies SwissWealthManagement Ltd. and swiss-wm.ai as described above. Spain’s CNMV and AMF Québec issued separate warnings concerning SwissWealthManagement/Swiss Wealth Management and different domains in 2025. AssetVault does not state that the operators of those older domains and swiss-wm.ai are identical without additional evidence. AssetVault Recovery’s conclusion that swiss-wm.ai is a scam investment operation is its independent assessment based on the available regulatory evidence. AssetVault Recovery is not a financial regulator, law-enforcement authority or court, and case assessment does not guarantee recovery of lost funds.
