Aspeco Partners / aspecopartners.ch: FINMA Says Website Is Not the Genuine Swiss Company

A real Swiss company name can make an investment website appear credible very quickly.

That is what makes aspecopartners.ch particularly concerning.

The website presents itself as Aspeco Partners AG, a Zürich wealth-management company, and displays the Swiss identification number CHE-368.594.689.

But Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has issued a warning stating that aspecopartners.ch is not related to the genuine Aspeco Partners AG in Zürich, which is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under that same CHE number.

That distinction is critical.

The regulator is not warning about the genuine registered Aspeco Partners AG. It is warning about the website aspecopartners.ch and specifically separating that website from the real company whose identity appears on it.

What FINMA Says

The Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) published its warning on 22 October 2026.

The regulator identifies:

  1. Name: aspecopartners.ch
  2. Website: www.aspecopartners.ch
  3. Location: Zürich
  4. Commercial Register: not entered in the Swiss Commercial Register

Most importantly, FINMA states that:

aspecopartners.ch is not related to Aspeco Partners AG, Zürich, which is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under CHE-368.594.689.

That is the central finding in this case.

The Website Uses the Genuine Company’s Identity

AssetVault separately reviewed the live aspecopartners.ch website.

The site currently presents itself as:

Aspeco Partners AG

It displays:

UID: CHE-368.594.689

It also says the company has been entered in the Swiss Commercial Register since 19 August 2013 and presents itself as a Zürich-based wealth manager serving private and institutional clients.

The website promotes services including:

  1. Wealth management
  2. Wealth advisory
  3. Investment advisory
  4. Financial-product development

It also names directors and other individuals said to be connected with the company.

Those details make the site look highly credible because much of the information corresponds to a real Swiss company.

But FINMA has expressly stated that the website is not connected to that genuine company.

That is why this case is more serious than a simple registration discrepancy.

Real Corporate Details Can Create False Confidence

When investors research an unfamiliar financial business, they often check whether the company exists.

That is normally sensible.

But where a website uses the identity of a real company, that check can produce the wrong conclusion.

An investor may search the company name, find a legitimate Swiss registration, confirm the CHE number, and assume the website must therefore be genuine.

This case shows why that is not enough.

The correct question is not only:

“Does this company exist?”

It is also:

“Does this exact website actually belong to that company?”

For aspecopartners.ch, FINMA has already answered that question: no.

AssetVault has documented similar identity concerns in the Persius AG investigation and the Swiss Investment Company SA case, where websites appeared to rely on the identity or registration details of genuine Swiss companies.

The Genuine Aspeco Partners AG Should Not Be Confused With the Website

This distinction is important.

The genuine Aspeco Partners AG, Zürich, registered under CHE-368.594.689, should not be treated as the subject of this warning.

The warning concerns aspecopartners.ch.

FINMA expressly separates the website from the legitimate registered company.

AssetVault therefore does not attribute the website’s conduct to the genuine Aspeco Partners AG or its legitimate representatives.

That same separation is important whenever regulators identify possible misuse of a real company identity.

If You Already Sent Money

If you have already transferred money after dealing with aspecopartners.ch, preserve your payment records, communications, account screenshots and withdrawal correspondence.

Do not rely on the company name or CHE number shown on the website as proof that your money was sent to the genuine Aspeco Partners AG.

The most important next step is to establish where the funds actually went and who received them.

AssetVault has applied this same evidence-first approach in cases such as Corpholding, where Swiss corporate presentation had to be separated from the actual regulatory record.

AssetVault Assessment

The key evidence here comes directly from FINMA.

The regulator states that:

aspecopartners.ch is not connected to the genuine Aspeco Partners AG in Zürich.

At the same time, the website currently presents itself using the genuine company’s:

  • name,
  • Swiss UID,
  • registration history,
  • Zürich identity,
  • and wealth-management profile.

That combination creates a serious risk of investor confusion.

Based on the official FINMA warning and the identity information displayed on the website, AssetVault considers aspecopartners.ch a high-risk website involving apparent misuse of a genuine Swiss company identity.

Consumers should not send money or personal financial information to the website merely because its company details appear legitimate.
